Been trying to get through to customer service for ages now. Got one message back and no responses.

Their service is so hard to use. You can never connect your tv and other home devices to their WiFi since they have a web authentication page… I suggest you buy a router or change to another ISP.

The interaction i had with the employee at ASK4 (Simon) on the call earlier this morning was swift, straightforward, and right to the point. I was very happy and relieved to have had my request handled by someone with great communication and understanding of what they were doing. Thank you for such a great customer service.

The worst ISP in the UK market. I have had broadband from Sky, TalkTalk, BT and Virgin Media at various apartments over the years, some were better than others, and most experienced issues and outages monthly which is to be expected, but ASK4 are in a realm all of their own.

The internet goes down 2-3 times every week without fail for periods of 6+ hours! As someone who works remotely this is a totally unusable service.

It is a shame that lots of areas only offer ASK4, because build-to-rent property companies have them as their sole provider. Simply because they are cheap.

I strongly recommend checking before moving into an apartment that has amenities such as WiFi, who the provider will be.

If it is to be ASK4, buy a separate router and service.

Ahmed Abtidon was very, very helpful. He was so patient with all my connectivity issues. We were on our call for 40 mins and he was so calm as he talked me through everything. Excellent service. He is a credit to the Ask4 support team.

The instructions provided do not reflect the setup at the location where your service is provided. The SSID's are different for this location between the standard and pnac network, but instructions don't cover this. In fact the instructions for this location mention generic SSID's that are irrelevant. To use your network service you need to have a basic grounding in network services and IT and is not something that the lay person will be familiar with. You need to improve the user experience of your service 100%.

On top of this, the lack of checking of your physical installation of cabling and switches needs improvement.

Not recommended as a consumer or a business if you are considering this service.
