Useless, been with these for a month and have their top WiFi with speeds of 860mb/s, it’s performing at not even a 20th of that advertised speed. Been waiting a month for an engineering visit, multiple calls and emails slow responses, worst WiFi I’ve ever used appalling, it can’t even handle 3 devices since we’ve moved in without freezing and not working. Terrible.

Tobi helped me a lot today he was super patient with me and assisted me every step of the way. Excellent service and quick response.

The services such as the Ask4 802.1x at Code Fairfax Street Student Accommodation were unusable on all devices. The ethernet connection provided by Ask4 also only allowed the use of search engines, eliminating all hope of gaming. I was promised up to 200mbps. I only get 60.

Daniel Okelue is the smartest and best employee you guys have on the team, he thinks out side the box and is very innovative with his solutions, he solved a problem that no other employee or even ChatGPT could.

He was very polite and his communication was effective so that we were able to pinpoint the issue we had connecting askwireless to our TV. Our tv is non-conventional so it took a lot of effort to find the right settings and the root of the issue.
This was the best experience I’ve had with a customer service assistant.

Please please please I am literally begging you for the love of god and all that is above you please give him a raise in his salary and a higher position in the company so that his amazing skills can be use more effectively.
