I needed help as i moved accomodation and my internet was horrid with ask4, i connected to a chat helper called samuel today and he was outstanding, by far the best person ive ever encountered through a live chat that man deserved a raise, he helped me patiently for an hour with ease and basically did everything for me and fixed it. Samuel i hope you see this because you are amazing at your job

- amazing customer service, Shaun was so helpful and got our problem with connecting our TV to the WiFi sorted straight away. We didn’t have to wait ages in a queue either, the phone was answered extremely quickly.

Promised 500 Mbps speeds, but can’t even stream Netflix properly on one device. Upload speeds are pathetic and video calls keep freezing. I contacted support repeatedly, but every time they promise a visit or a fix and nothing happens. They blame my router, my devices, even my flatmate, but it’s clearly their network failing. I’ve wasted hours on hold and troubleshooting for no results. This is the worst internet I’ve ever used.

Ahmed was very polite and nice and talked me step by step on how to add the wifi as I was having difficulty getting it to work. It took awhile however he kept trying different things and managed to help me connect my iPad

The customer service is simply not communicating. There is no phone number so you have to use “live chat” with them. You will wait for any sort of response for hours or worse, for days. When you text them - they like to simply ignore. Also, when buying a robot vacuum, you have to make sure that it will work with THEIR WiFi, as to sort this issue out you will need days. This is the worst customer support I dealt with. They will ask you questions that you have already answered and ignore you.

I had WiFi troubles with all my devices and got connected to Samual who was absolutely amazing at helping me. He stayed on the phone with me for over half an hour making sure that everything worked and provided instructions in a clear manner. It was extremely helpful and he did not get frustrated even when the problems persisted. This was genuinely one of the best customer support experiences I have ever encountered. Thank you so much.
