Friendly, fast and efficient.
I am a student in one of the properties serviced by Ask4 for their internet. I was having a problem with the port on my room. So I opened a ticket. I heard back before the end of the day by Warren and was advised to escalate it to the team the next day.
I gave them a ring and was met with a wonderfully friendly voice of Gaia, the Sheffield based support agent in charge of my call. She took a couple of basic pieces of information about the port and was able to fix the issue with Andrzej to resolve my issue and re-configure my port so that I now get the speed I should be as a customer.
Great job to all three of the people involved and keep delivering a great customer experience. Thanks!

Awful support
Awful support, worst I’ve had. I have waited 5 weeks for a problem I’ve been having to be resolved and it still hasn’t been resolved. It takes weeks for them to reply by email and their live chats take hours, which eventually ends with them not replying after a couple of messages. Absolute joke.

The person on the customer service side…
The person on the customer service side was absolutely lovely and amazing and went over and above to help me with my connectivity problem. The reason for my complaint is that it seemed like a pretty basic issue that took over 3 weeks to fix after repeated calls from me. This was during a period when I had many assignments and tests and the lack of internet was very incovenient. Hope you guys can do better!
