Unlike many companies these days, communication from Assington Autos was first class. Price offered was very competitive. Instructions on the process and how to proceed were thorough and easy to comprehend (thanks Rosa). A great experience from start to end. I got a decent quote for my car, and the communication via WhatsApps from Rosa was prompt and informative through every step. I was given a date for collection and driver Tony called in advance to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was polite, friendly and very professional. He sorted the DVLA paperwork out, managed to get the car started (the battery was as flat as a pancake, and extremely difficult to get to!)
The money was in my bank account less than 24 hours later. All in all, Assington Autos offers a first class service - highly recommended!

I used a comparison site to find the best price to scrap my car, which led me to Assington Autos. They were very helpful and professional the entire time, and the driver who collected my car was also very friendly and genuine.

Our car was collected yesterday and I am grateful to the driver Adam who was friendly and professional. He even expanded that we have to send the document to DVLA and showed the address. 5 stars customer service. Everything was done quickly and carefully. The company was recommended by the garage when our car failed MOT.

Making the initial contact was easy and the staff in the office are so friendly and understanding. Very sad to see my car go but knowing a lot of it will be recycled is reassuring.
