Incredibly quick and efficient service. Got a quote on the Friday I was happy with, phoned within 2 hours to book collection on Tuesday. Collector was incredibly nice and quick with sorting the car. Really good all around

Very quick, easy experience. They contacted me quickly to arrange collection of my car and then rang me an hour later to say they have had a cancellation and were taking my car an hour later. Just waiting for the money to come into my account as it takes 24 hours. Can not fault them. Thankyou

Absolutely spot on from start to finish! Got a good quote to take my car away, confirmed I'd accepted, called up to book in and the lady on the phone was super friendly, helpful and talked me through everything, what to expect etc. Chap collecting called 20 mins before to give us the heads up and was really friendly, swift and safe collection and money in my account by the end of the next day! Professionally handled all the way through and I'm really impressed and glad I took the recommendation to use Assington Autos, thank you!

Their websire was easy to use and i received a prompt valuation for my car. Their back office staff were efficient and polite, booking a time to collecting my old car. They came and recovered my dead Micra off the drive. Gent recovering the car was polite and jolly, signed my V5 payment has arrived inside 24hrs. Excellent!

It was a very emotional time as I’ve had my car for 18 years, and the last thing my Nan bought me, but he Adam I believe was his name was so good and understandable, and even bought my cd in for me which I didn’t realise was still in the cd player, would definitely use this company again

I'm not 1 to do this. But these guys wasted my time not once but 3 times. Staff seemed nice but very very unorganised business. We are a recovery business ourselves and have many cars sitting which would of been good for both of us. Due to the time wasting and unorganised let downs. I'm very disappointed. Owner of this business needs to get involved and sort this out before they have 0 business.

Briliant service and staff were very friendly and helpful. Collected my car with no problems and my 4 year old son enjoyed watching them load it onto the lorry with the crane. Would highly recommend.

Great commutation from start to finish. Very easy process on website, clear information and great price I received for car and the follow up communication on day the car was being picked up was very good. No drama straight forward .

From the start of the service phoning up to have a car removed i spoke to Rosa and she was very helpful and informative , the day the lorry arrived from Assington Autos the driver was very polite and very efficient and explained the process to me and before i knew it the car was on the back of the lorry and he was gone on his way to his last collection. My lovely Landrover was ready for the end and Assington made it a lot easier.

I enquired online and accepted the price and was phoned that day, a collection date was organised for later in the week and the process explained to me.

I got a call ten minutes before the chap arrived to let me know he was due, and I had some questions about the process. He was very informative and made it really easy for me to understand what I needed to do next R.E the logbook/tax etc.

A very simply process I found, will use again if I need to, thanks guys!

Well tbh ,I've used assington auto to scrap my cars (I wear em out quick) lol for the last four cars and just used them to scrap my sons old van ,their prices are more than fair ,the way they talk to and treat customers is second to none and they are genuinely nice people to deal with. Prompt no hassle, brilliant ,shame more companies haven't the same customer service and reliability too ,thankyou all, bob harlow ,better known as uncle fester now lol ,really ,good to do business with
