Spent an hour with Emma who was efficient, informative and helpful with designing our shower room. Shortly afterwards we received a design with all the products we agreed upon. A great service!

I was so happy to meet Roxie Vasalie at City Plumbing in Colindale branch London, who handled my bathroom renovation project. She gave me some advice and product discounts. She was incredibly helpful and supportive of my bathroom renovation project. I’ve now completed the order for my bathroom renovation project.

I can’t recommend City Plumbing’s Altrincham branch highly enough, especially Tim Dop, the showroom manager.

After starting my bathroom design with a competitor company, I found myself needing to pick things up at short notice due to some questionable service. At this point, I turned to City Plumbing in Altrincham. Tim was incredibly accommodating, inviting me into the showroom for several appointments and immediately making me feel like a valued customer. From the outset, it was obvious that the level of service, attention to detail, and expertise was a step above what I’d experienced elsewhere.

Tim quickly understood exactly the look I was aiming for and helped me choose products that matched my vision perfectly, all while staying within the budget I wanted. He took the time to explain the options available, never pressured me into spending more, and even showed me products that hadn’t yet made it into the City Plumbing catalogue, which was a real bonus. I never felt like I was being rushed along as he had another upcoming appointment. Tim would take his time to show me around the showroom, and all the options available.

When a few last-minute issues arose with dimensions and logistics, Tim went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and efficiently. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful project feel more straightforward.

The quality of every item now installed in my bathroom is outstanding, and I’m genuinely delighted with the finished result. Just as importantly, Tim was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout - friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about delivering the best possible outcome for his customers.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend City Plumbing’s Altrincham branch to anyone looking for a new bathroom, and I especially recommend asking for Tim Dop. His customer service is second to none, and he genuinely goes the extra mile.

From start to finish we had outstanding service from The Bathroom Showroom particularly Ashleigh.
She understood our needs and was able to put together a suitable design. Her never ending patience with our changes was amazing! The fittings were delivered very quickly and are great quality.

Sukh at the Letchworth branch was very helpful and patient. It enabled us to put together the perfect units for our bathroom and ensuite which were held until fitting could be completed. We are very pleased with the finished result. We would highly recommend Sukh and the team for anyone looking to achieve a great result.

Visited the showroom and spoke to Gary who was very helpful. Ordered Bathroom units from Layla who was also very helpful and quick to respond to my many questions. The Units have been delivered and are really good quality. We have not had them fitted yet but I have every reason to believe it will look fabulous.

From Mia’s design to lots of advice on what was best for the size of our shower room, help deciding on what flooring to choose and bringing the whole colour scheme together, she was amazing….would definitely recommend Mia and City Plumbing for any bathroom needs

Never turned up to their appointment to measure our bathroom. All of their email communications have typos and missing words in, even though they are using boilerplate text. It feels like this is a scam just trying to get money from call complaints.

Mia and Gabby are friendly, professional, patient, and have a wealth of experience. They know their products very well and quickly identify customers' preferences, likes and dislikes, and their plans provide a clear image, bringing your bathroom alive, rather than having to guess what it'll look like. Changing a bathroom is a major upheaval (if you only have one) but with their guidance I'm much more relaxed about it now. Thanks, ladies :-)
Thanks also to Harvey who delivered everything. He was polite and helpful, putting the numerous boxes in the best place so that they were accessible but not taking up too much floor space.

First-class face-to-face and phone service. Natalie went out of her way to be helpful, research and find the product we needed and followed through on actions. Thoughtful proactive and competent.

Lindsay at City Plumbing Ellesmere Port was extremely helpful from our first to last visit. She helped reduce the stress of choosing everything for a full refit of our en suite. Nothing was too much trouble and she provided several designs to help our decisions, happily accommodated our change of minds during the process and provided us with a choice of local fitters to get quotes from. We now have a lovely en suite thanks to Lindsay.

From our first visit, Stephan at the Lewes branch, was very welcoming and friendly. He guided us through a bathroom renovation providing knowledgeable and practical advice. Stephan showed endless patience on our many visits. We are delighted with the results now that the bathroom has been installed. He will be our first point of call for our en-suite refit.

We visited City Plumbing showroom in Lewes and found Stephan very knowledgeable and enormously helpful about all the choices of bathroom fittings, furniture etc. for our bathroom renovation. He also made a fabulous plan of the bathroom - so it had to be altered a few times and he did this without complaint. He also sourced the most economical products and found a great bath to fit into a difficult space. We are so happy with our new bathroom and the service and help we had from Stephan in City Plumbing.

I was impressed by the quality of the products.....kay and Ryan were extremely helpful nothing was two much trouble....when I received my products Dell the delivery driver was very good all products were bought in and put where they needed to be....I had 2 handles missing Kay sorted it out within 24hours and Dell bless him even brought them up for me ...what fabulous service..would recommend them to anyone 2nd to none on all counts....thank you all

Rebecca at the Bury branch demonstrated outstanding levels of professionalism, communication and customer service from start to finish. The design process and 3D visualisations are industry-leading and the quality of the finished product is exceptional. Highly recommended!

Jackie and Marie at the branch in Wishaw made me feel welcome and relaxed. They listened to what I wanted and helped to bring my vision to life. It can be overwhelming with so much choice but with their knowledge and experience they helped me to refine what I wanted. They also suggested ideas that I would never have thought of without changing my original vision. They were patient whenever I needed to make changes to the design and were quick to update the computer generated images. My bathrooms have turned out better than I had hoped for. They feel luxurious and spa like. I can’t thank them enough

When you walk into City Plumbing Grimsby for your appointment with Mia you think you have a good handle on what’s possible in your Bathroom Space. The limitations you thought would be a factor often are not, and the concerns you have are either confirmed or sorted. The design experience, product knowledge, installation understanding along with the patient and flexible process lead to a reassuringly accurate computer mockup that brings to life the investment you are undertaking.
The service continues throughout the delivery and installation process were Mia kept in contact with our installer (who City Plumbing had clearly forged a good relationship with) and myself and responded promptly for short notice requirements as they arose.

We visited the Aintree showroom and spoke to Ellie who was fantastic! Within minutes she had listed everything we wanted, showed us the products in store where available and was so helpful showing us different options and helping us with tile choices etc. only needed to speak to Ellie one or two more times to confirm everything and pay for the order, it was so smooth! The order arrived the morning the plumbers came on site so we didn’t have to store a complete bathroom anywhere in the house until the bathroom was started, which was amazing! The products are fab and look so good in our new bathroom! Ellie was in contact throughout and checked in when the bathroom was complete to make sure we were happy. ! If you’re looking for a new bathroom, I highly recommend The Bathroom Showroom at Aintree and Ellie! She made the whole process worry free and seamless! Thanks Ellie! 🥰

We had an excellent experience with The Bathroom Showroom on Dallow Road in Luton. Kelly and team offered expert advice throughout and played a key role in turning our ideas into reality.

The CAD design was top-notch and incredibly helpful for our plumbers, ensuring the installation went smoothly from start to finish. What impressed us most was the continued support — even after everything was purchased, Kelly and the team were always on hand to help with any issues that came up.

We would highly recommend them for their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service.

This is against Judith O'Connor Showroom Manager Elgin. Again if I could give a minus. I visited her with my laptop to show everything I Needed. Oh she was like nothing was too much trouble. We even had a good laugh. Then the lies I can get anything you need in 2dys. I phoned 17th April asking if everything was in. "Yes, it's all ready" so I went to pay that afternoon. Monday 20/04/26 the complete bathroom was stripped. But everything hadn't arrived. After telling me everything was ready. All Lies!! As well as the wet wall not being in (Debbie from Howden just ordered before going on holiday). Judith O'Connor had ordered the shower enclosure She wanted Not the one I Needed. She ordered the flooring late. I went to see her about the Shower Enclosure. "oh that's right I'll get it updated." She didn't and the plumber knowing it was the wrong one still installed it. I was so angry I went down to see her. She saw me and "RAN saying she wasn't working today and had a flight to catch. ¡Apparently also lies! Tony who is in charge of the Trade was very understanding and told me the correct shower is now in and he would keep it until The joiner I had for another job could start. Be careful ordering from Judith O'Connor; The Bathroom Showroom Elgin. Her cards even state delivery in 48 hours.
