The Bathroom Showroom Reviews

This is against Judith O'Connor Showroom Manager Elgin. Again if I could give a minus. I visited her with my laptop to show everything I Needed. Oh she was like nothing was too much trouble. We even had a good laugh. Then the lies I can get anything you need in 2dys. I phoned 17th April asking if everything was in. "Yes, it's all ready" so I went to pay that afternoon. Monday 20/04/26 the complete bathroom was stripped. But everything hadn't arrived. After telling me everything was ready. All Lies!! As well as the wet wall not being in (Debbie from Howden just ordered before going on holiday). Judith O'Connor had ordered the shower enclosure She wanted Not the one I Needed. She ordered the flooring late. I went to see her about the Shower Enclosure. "oh that's right I'll get it updated." She didn't and the plumber knowing it was the wrong one still installed it. I was so angry I went down to see her. She saw me and "RAN saying she wasn't working today and had a flight to catch. ¡Apparently also lies! Tony who is in charge of the Trade was very understanding and told me the correct shower is now in and he would keep it until The joiner I had for another job could start. Be careful ordering from Judith O'Connor; The Bathroom Showroom Elgin. Her cards even state delivery in 48 hours.

Had a great experience with Carl in the Stockport store when we bought our bathroom. He created a brilliant design and was more than happy to make changes and was helpful giving us direction on what would work in our space.

Thanks again Carl

We had a really positive experience when visiting the Cardiff, Colchester Avenue branch recently. Anthony Scarlett, the showroom Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable about the range of products on offer and took the time to understand what we were looking for and advise us on the best options available.
When our project start date was brought forward by several months, Anthony pulled out all the stops to get the order delivered to us as quickly as possible.
Our delivery driver was also really helpful, highlighting what was in each box and helping us to store everything safely.
Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience. We would recommend this showroom to anyone planning a bathroom update.

What a fantastic service I received from Rebecca at the Bury showroom. Such a professional lady with amazing knowledge of all the products, her advice and guidance in choosing my bathroom fittings was outstanding and made my life so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she totally understood what I was trying to achieve. I couldn't have done it without her, what a refreshing change to find someone so efficient and helpful in a showroom these days. She's a star ***

Charlotte at The Bathroom Showroom, Bexleyheath, was recommended by a friend. When we met, I found her to be approachable and a good listener. She took onboard all my ideas and encouraged me to make brave choices. She designed two bathrooms: stylish with future proofing incorporated. My husband and are delighted with the results. I would highly recommend Charlotte and her ability to design a beautiful bathroom to suit your needs.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom, and the experience with the team was outstanding from start to finish. It began with an online design appointment with Lidia, who was great at listening to my vision and helping me map out the initial plan.

However, Tahir Waheed at the Colindale CPS branch was truly in a league of his own. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Tahir became my 'bathroom therapist,' patiently talking me through all the options and weighing up the pros and cons of different products until I felt 100% confident.

What really set him apart was his honesty and dedication. He offered impartial advice, matched lower prices I had found elsewhere to ensure I got the best deal, and even came to my flat after hours to double-check measurements and ensure everything was perfect.

Communication was outstanding throughout; he ensured delivery went smoothly and even called to follow up once the project was underway. If you want top-notch customer service and total peace of mind, go see Tahir at Colindale. You won’t regret it!

Having worked with both Erin and Shannon at City Plumbing Burton Showroom, we have always been very satisfied with their service - they’re both friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Totally recommend them to anyone needing help renovating their bathroom.

Highly recommend!! Getting a whole new bathroom can be a stressful experience, but Ellie at the Aintree showroom explained every step and put my mind at ease.
Ellie designed the bathroom, based on the type of items I wanted, such as a walk in shower, large bath and spa-vibes! She has designed a haven and I am so happy with the result!
Ellie walked me through each item in the order, and was able to show me examples in the showroom - so I knew exactly what I was getting.
Ellie was always on hand for any questions I had about anything and she was a real comfort throughout the process! Ellie was able to communicate with my bathroom fitters and this made the process smooth sailing! I have already recommended Ellie and the Bathroom Showroom to all my neighbours and friends, as everyone now has bathroom envy!!
Thank you so much for everything 💕

Graham Msakery at the Winsford, Cheshire showroom was extremely helpful, made workable suggestions, checked all fitted and was pleasant to deal with. Would go back there if needed for future projects.

I visited the Crewe branch and was delighted to receive such good customer services from the lady in the showroom, Holly and great advise from Matt. Their knowledge and politeness was second to none. Thank you, I will be back

My husband and I were looking for a company to advise on having a main bathroom and 2 ensuites redesigned. We were recommended to make an appointment with Mia Lord at City Plumbing in Grimsby. We had never had the privilege of having new bathrooms before so didn't know what we wanted. I cannot stress enough that Mia has more than the 'wow factor'! She rearranged the main bathroom before our eyes, it was amazing. The girl has heaps of talent! The other 2 ensuites are just incredible so thank you very much Mia. Would recommend anyone to see Mia, she will give the best advice and great ideas. Also thank you to the delivery driver too. Everything was a fabulous experience from start to finish.

We used the Grimsby showroom to design and order our beautiful new bathroom. Mia was so patient with us, as we changed our design several times, she is extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in guiding us to make the best use of our space to create a relaxing spa atmosphere. Delivery team were professional we had no issues with any of our order. Would highly recommend

We used City Plumbing in Stirling and Lynsey was friendly and very helpful. She suggested some nice ideas for us which was great. Great communication through the process from start to finish. Also the design was just what wanted. Would use them again for any future projects.

Lynsey and the Team at the Stirling branch were excellent. They helped us through the whole process from design to supply of our new bathroom. The choices available were good and Lynsey's product knowledge and advice was excellent. I would highly recommend City Plumbing Bathroom Centre Stirling.

From start to finish with Mia her knowledge and assistance was exceptional. Think she knew what we wanted more than we did. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou :)

Sue at City Plumbing in Dorchester guided us through the process of rebuilding the main bathroom. Her design ideas and selection of furniture was excellent when working to a budget. Most importantly she was able to swap wall panels which were too big to get up the stairs. Thank you.

Mia took my thoughts and ideas for a Nordic style en suite and created the vision. Couple of little tweaks made it perfect. The quality of the furniture was evident and I'm so glad with my choices, with Mia's advice. I was kept updated on when goods would be delivered and the installation went brilliantly.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom from The Bathroom Showroom Walthamstow. I’m in there all the time now—it looks so much more spacious and incredibly stylish.

A massive thank you to Jenna Leigh Morris for her incredible service. From the start, she took the time to really understand what I wanted, and her approach was brilliantly collaborative. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she was so responsive as the project progressed.

I know I was in touch a lot (and changed my mind on designs and products more than once!), but Jenna was endlessly patient with me. She is clearly very knowledgeable and suggested great alternatives to help keep everything within my budget. She was never pushy and never tried to upsell me on the most expensive options just for the sake of it.

I’m also really impressed with the quality of the City Plumbing own-brand products. The final result is perfect. If you’re planning a renovation, go see Jenna!

Angie was so helpful and friendly planning our bathroom . Nothing was a bother for her .Definitely would recommend The Bathroom Showroom at Kilmarnock for your bathroom.

Alex did a great job sourcing the supplies for our bathroom, as well as doing a complimentary bathroom drawing and plan. He was responsive and easy to deal with, everything arrived very quickly and was delivered for free. I would definitely use Alex and The Bathroom Showroom again.
