The water filter leaked badly, bathshack not prepared to do anything about it unless I took a video of water soaking my kitchen. Thanks but no thanks, will go elsewhere in future for products.

Very happy with Bathshack. My order was delivered smoothly and on time, with everything in order, by a friendly and polite driver .Highly recommend.

The staff at both Trade Shack and Bath Shack were extremely helpful and went out of their way to sort out my problem. When it came to make the additional payment Sarah was very pleasant and efficient.

Bathshack have putting some remedies in place as I understand it was there outsource courier that had issues and never told Bathshack nor myself.I have there guarantee that I will receive my materials on monday. And I would be compensated. I think that was good of for customer . I am happy with them.

Below they are saying they tried to contact me, which is false. Not a call, email or text of any sort.
I had to travel over 50kms to get the order and there were two tiles broken. As it is a small order and the tiles are big I'll have to scrap the whole thing... Shame!

Had a call from Natasha indeed. I explained to her that a had a lot of stress with the whole thing and problem was set back in at least €200. She proposed to send me another box of tiles as I had some pieces broken and a discount. Offered me a discount of 10% in any a purchase of €370, which I felt really as a punch in the stomach. But the best is still to come: When I retrieved my order from my old address, it was night and the street lights didn't make me notice that they sent me the wrong product. I ordered a a antislip R12 floor tile duo cloud (GREEN), and I received something with a very different colour and don't even know f it's R12... Plus the fact that they say that NAtasha resolved that for me... That's disgusting. More than a month after the purchase. I should have them fitted on that week, but I'm still here...

Final answer is ridiculous. Is not about if I received what the product I bought. Is about if I received what you promissed, which obviously I didn't. Even Natasha agreed that the actual product looks COMPLETELY different from what is advertised in your website. Giving you another chance? You're joking...

The ease of the ordering process. Only complaint is that I tried to contact the local showroom in Douglas to ensure that I was getting the right item but the person I like dealing with never returned my call. And when I asked for that person, I was asked what I wanted him for. A bit unusual.

My order arrived and much to our despair, two of the items were damaged. We contacted customer services and a very kind young man named Jack helped my husband correct the matter by phone,really going above and beyond to get a good outcome. Thank you Bathshack,first class. Mrs Millen, Belfast

Ian responded incredibly fast and sent the PDF of the missing installation manual for the wall hung smart toilet. The document is very comprehensive; actually, it's a bit of a bonus, as I can print it in large format for my poor old eyes. 110% for service ethic and response time of just over a hour.
Missing manual aside, the delivery went very smoothly and was very well palletised, arriving in perfect condition.

We are still waiting for a refund it has been nearly 2 weeks, unfortunately because of this we wont use this company again. We have never had this problem with other companies.

A very good experience shopping in Bathshack, Galway mainly due to the help of Abu who was very welcoming and informative. Good selection of products. I would recommend.

You are so helpful I ordered an item by mistake and it was sorted out in minutes couldn't believe I got my items for less than €190.00 delivery was flawless.

The purchase came in record time, traced very clearly and helpfully and was exactly what I ordered.
