I wouldn't even give this company one star if it was possible..first of all. Delivery is supposed to be within 3 to 5 working days so I gave myself plenty of time to order.but no..its 3 to 5 working days to hand to the driver. Thank god for Jackie.the only pleasant thing about this experience. She organised for the tiles to be put on a van to be in Dublin the day we needed them. But we still didn't get them no call till the next day. My husband went to collect them and was told one or 2 were broken during delivery and he said ok.we only need 2..but we really needed them in a hurry.took them home.tiler was on site the next day.i had been away and went out to look at the tiles.and all but 4 tiles in the box were smashed.the box wasnt even a proper box the tiles were gaffer taped to some cardboard. Absolutley disgraceful.who would hand a box of tiles out..costing €50 with only 4 tiles usable..not even offering some kind of refund. Avoid at all costs. Sham of a company

A fantastic company, have used multiple times and recommended to family. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for bathroom furniture and tiles and we have bought for properties in Northern Ireland and England. It’s the staff who make the company too, a special shout out to Jacob for his outstanding knowledge and customer service, he really does go over and above. Will definitely use again.

I did encounter a small issue with the online payment process and contacted Bathshack to see if they could assist. Although the issue wasn’t directly related to Bathshack, Mark from the Customer Services team was incredibly helpful. He took the time to look into the problem, explore possible solutions and was extremely professional and helpful throughout.
It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, particularly when an issue isn’t directly the company’s responsibility. Just received a delivery this am from an extremely professional driver. The process was extremely simple and efficient from the first initial contact from Robert in the dispatch office explaining exactly when and a rough time my delivery will arrive. Following this we received a message one hour before delivery to let us know the driver is on his way which included tracking details of the driver Aaron. On arrival of our goods the driver Aaron again was extremely professional and mannerly. A truly exceptional experience.

Bathshack have a great selection of bathroom fittings at very good price points. Their after sales service has been great, with what feels like a very personal service. We needed a spare part 18 months after our original order and it was no problem at all.

Unfortunately I fell for the cheap prices when renovating my house - I bought toilets, toilet seats, shower fittings and a free standing bathtap. Every single thing has a problem. The gas canisters in the soft close toilet seats went within two years but in these toilet seats they cannot be replaced (very wasteful), all I was offered was a discount in buying completely new ones. The diverter in the freestanding bathtap stopped working so the hose can't be used at all. Bathshack wanted a ridiculous amount of information, videos, details of my plumber and after I sent it claimed there was only a one year warranty. The shower controls got stiff and other parts are crap plastic that I have had to glue back together multiple times. Pay less pay twice. Don't make my mistake and buy reputable brand name items with clearly stated warranties and good customer service.

Excellent customer service. I ordered some shower doors and accidentally ordered the wrong size, twice. Brenda was really helpful and arranged for the correct doors to be shipped and the original doors were collected at the same time. Communication from the team was excellent and any order changes were confirmed by phone directly with someone. We are also very happy with shower doors that we ordered, the quality is really good.

I originally ordered the wrong size mirror which I was upset about but when I spoke with Ewan S from customer support, I was advised that I could exchange it for another item if I wish. It was explained that upon the new delivery, my old mirror being returned would be collected during the same time and this really was great! I didn’t have to do anything, it was taken care of smoothly and I was able to get two mirrors in the exchange. Was delighted with the products but with the help of Ewan. Thank you!!

Got 3 shower set ups, tiles and bathroom furniture. Great to deal with, friendly and replaced some broken tiles quickly. Would use again happily.

The level of service that I received today from Jack in the customer support team was second to none. He went above and beyond to he was clear in what action he was going to take and that he would call me back and keep me informed. He did exactly that but he didn’t over promise anything but what he managed to achieve was fantastic and I really appreciated all his help.
I would definitely recommend Bathshack, as it’s great to use a company from NI, especially when an increasing number don’t deliver here or charge obscene delivery charges. Bathshack were helpful, reasonably priced and quick delivery. Would definitely use again
