Package arrived with 'Fragile' tape on, yet has clearly had an incredibly rough trip to us, I've literally never seen a package delivered this damaged before, you think they'd be embarrassed to hand it to you in this state! 🤞🏻 everything is o.k and not broken. More of a Royal Mail issue to be honest.
UPDATE: Bella Bathrooms have been very quick to resolve this issue, and easy to contact.
Only negatives are Royal Mail.

Big issue > quick fix.
I had a huge issue with the item I ordered but after contacting the company, they swiftly sent out a replacement via next day delivery.

Absolutely fantastic!

Computer says no—Zero goodwill or flexibility for a 48-hour delay.
Be very careful ordering from Bella Bathrooms if you are doing a renovation. Their website boasts a '30-day money-back guarantee,' but the small print requires you to notify them within 14 days. My bathroom fitter was delayed, and I realized an item didn’t fit on day 16.
The item is completely brand new, unopened, and in perfect condition. I offered to pay for the return shipping myself, meaning Bella Bathrooms would lose absolutely nothing. However, customer service and their management flatly refused to issue a return, hiding behind the excuse that 'making an exception wouldn't be fair to other customers.'
A complete lack of flexibility or common sense. I am now stuck with an expensive, unused item because of a 48-hour oversight. Avoid if you want a company that actually values customers.

I'm sorry you're not happy with our company policy. The 'lack of flexibility and common sense' you mention is in accordance with the law and what you agreed to when you clicked 'Place Order' on the website. You clearly state that you are aware you are outside of the returns timeframe, but still expect that an exception would be made for you.
We value all of our customers and pride ourselves on treating them fairly and equally. Unfortunately, this does often get us a bad review from people who think that they are entitled to preferential treatment. We don't hide behind any excuses, making an exception WOULDN'T be fair to other customers, as I'm sure you'd agree it was unjust if we were allowing others to return outside of the timescale, but not you.

Unsatisfactory experience with customer service.
I ordered my bathroom furniture, including the recommended wastes etc from Bella in February and requested delivery in early April, as this was the earliest our fitters could manage. I had some discussions with them regarding delivery, which were not passed on to the delivery company, as our property is difficult to find. None the less we managed to get the delivery to the correct place, eventually, and checked that everything was there.
All was going well with the fitting until it came time to plumb in the bath. At this point we discovered that the waste which had been sent did not in fact work with the additional thickness of a freestanding bath. This was discovered towards the end of April and so I contacted Bella in the hopes that they would be able to send out something which would fit. At this point I was told that it was the recommended waste and I should try to buy a replacement screw at my local DIY store. When I tried to do this I was unable to purchase one and replied to this effect, the response was "have you tried..." and then a different DIY supplier's name. this had in fact been done and so I responded accordingly. This back and forth continued until today (26th May) when I was sent another email with a link to a company who could provide the replacement part and a message to the effect of "here you go, buy it from here or try googling it". This is not the response of a company who wish to recieve repeat custom or recommendations, and for this to have taken nearly a month is also completely unaccepatble.

I'm sorry to read that you're not happy with the service received. Regarding 'I had some discussions with them regarding delivery, which were not passed on to the delivery company, as our property is difficult to find' - The delivery instructions, including the W3W for kerbside and for your parking space were given to the courier on 10th of April, ahead of your delivery on the 13th. Whether this was an incorrect assumption, or you were told this by the courier, this is completely false.
You reported that the screw was not long enough for the waste and were correctly advised that the waste is the recommended waste for the bath and that we've sold them together in the past and not had any issues, and it was suggested that a longer screw could be sourced from a local DIY store.
You asked, "Please, can you advise where we might get a longer one of these screws?" So, a store was suggested, but when you said you'd tried there, Danielle then sent over a link to what you would need from another place. If you take what Danielle wrote as "Here you go, buy it from here or try googling it" that is the tone in which you read it and not the way it was written at all.
I'm sorry, the reason it took almost a month to get to this point is due to the fact that Danielle had to seek technical advice, but she also waited 5 and 6 days for a response from you.

Good products poor delivery
Good products and prices but let down be delevery company (stopstart) as no option of delivery day just get a message late evening saying it will be delivered next day without any options to alter.
