Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery Reviews

I purchased a kitchen from Bench Marx in Nuneaton. The staff were amazing and helped me every step of the way. Especially thankyou to Kirsty, I couldn’t have done it without you!!!

We recently used Benchmarx at Rugby, where our kitchen was designed by Kaye-Marie, she helped us on every occasion when we changed the design and the end result was a perfect kitchen, We would not hesitate in recommending the Rugby Branch, and especially Kay-Marie in the future to all our Friends and Colleagues who have visited our Home.
Thank you Benchmarx at Rugby for creating our wonderful Kitchen ✨✨✨✨✨

Chris (Manager) and Dionne (Designer) at Benchmarx in Epsom have provided me with an excellent professional service. Chris providing project management for my new kitchen project which was delivered on time and complete as requested through my builder. My kitchen design was professionally designed by Dionne, who guided me through selecting the kitchen colour, equipment and cabinets etc. I appreciated the warm personality of the team. Thanks for your help Chris & Dionne.

Georgia and the rest of the Benchmarx team at Leeds Elland Road have been great. We’ve recently bought 2 kitchens and couldn’t be happier with Georgia’s patience, knowledge and experience made the whole process seamless and enjoyable and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Benchmarx and especially Georgia again in the future.

The service from Amar and his team at Benchmark pre purchase of the new kitchen was very good. The same service was extended a few months after use of the kitchen when one of the kitchen doors slightly blistered. The blistered door was immediately replaced. We are very satisfied customers.

Great service! We have been dealing with Paul, Chris, Harry, and Anna — they all have been brilliant from start to finish. We did three separate projects and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had to make few design changes and ended up swapping some products because things don’t always go perfectly to plan! The team handled everything with complete flexibility and professionalism. Kitchen quality is fantastic! Would use Benchmarx again and thank you so much to the whole Weybridge Benchmarx team!

I was guided by Leah at the Tiverton branch, she helped me with all my choices and was very helpful with bringing things together. I would definitely recommend if you want a new kitchen.

Can't speak highly enough of the experience, professionalism, knowledge, support and customer service recieved from Darice .. From the first time walking into the showroom, Darcie help me from start to finish, answering all of my questions relating to the purchase of my new kitchen . Darcie even showed me how to remove the old door panels so I could fit the new ones
In my opinion, Darcie is a true professional, very helpful, supportive, and her knowledge within the kitchen industry is amazing

I just had to write this review to express how impressed we were with Benchmarx Kitchen Company from start to finish! 🏷️

From our very first contact, Jordan McCuskey set the tone for an exceptional experience. His knowledge and attitude put us at ease, and we knew we were in good hands. 👐

When Georgie visited our home to discuss and design our kitchen plans, she was absolutely fantastic! Her professionalism and expertise made the process seamless. 💡

And Matt in-store was a rockstar! He sorted our invoices, ensured deliveries arrived, and even personally delivered missing items to our kitchen fitter! 🤯 The communication between him and our fitter was top-notch!

The quality of our kitchen is stunning, and we're so happy with our decision. If you're looking for a stress-free, top-quality kitchen experience, look no further! 🙌

Monique at Hove has been very helpful but above all creative and honest with how I can make my kitchen work.

Recently used Benchmarx Newcastle Longbenton for a new kitchen. Sarah Wood was absolutely excellent from start to finish, worked with us to design our dream kitchen and nothing was ever too much trouble when we were changing our minds, querying if things would work and her input was invaluable. She knew the answer to any questions or queries, and was most professional and engaging at all times. Absolutely recommend their service, quality of kitchen and competitive prices.

The kitchen looks wonderful and was excellent value for money.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the team at Benchmarx Nuneaton- Albion, Kirsty and Lucy. They made what was a daunting task of planning, choosing and designing our kitchen, such a smooth experience.

Nothing was too much trouble, they advised, gave opinions based on their experience and delivered a first class service from beginning to end.

We are delighted with our kitchen and would highly recommend without reservation.

They listened to what we wanted and they were very helpful

Mina @ staples corner branch was very helpful in designing my two kitchens. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with her. She was able to promptly sort out small issues we had and delivered the products promptly.
