I have used Kutchenhaus in Frome to purchase Neff oven, microwave oven, induction hob, Belfast sink and tap. We just wanted to say how professional and helpful with all our enquiry’s over the months . All our questions and queries were looked into and answered. The items were delivered and very pleased . So well done Frome shop. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I were planning on updating our kitchen but sadly she passed away before we had the chance. I decided that I would carry on and get it done as I believed she would have wanted it. I researched various companies and then found Kutchenhaus in Wokingham.

I went into the shop and met Marc and Barry and immediately felt comfortable with them and the products on display. I spent about a month working with Barry on the design and eventually settled on what I thought was the perfect layout. The work started in February this year (2026), and took 6 weeks in total. The existing kitchen and utility room were completely ripped out back to breeze blocks and then the installation started. Everything was changed, and as it began to take shape I could see how good it was going to be.

Now it is completed I have to say it is fantastic. I love the new layout, and I believe my wife would love it too. I have to compliment everyone who has been involved, from the build team to Barry, Marc and Tony, and the fitter Louie. They have all been excellent. There have been a few minor issues, but they have been immediately on top of everything. I cannot praise them too highly. If you are looking for a kitchen, I thoroughly recommend the team in Wokingham.

Bought the kitchen 8 years ago and since it has been the worst experience of our life. Constant issues, constant battle. The recent issue has taken 9 months and still unresolved. The frontals edging plastic stains and crumbles when I attempt to clean. The company has agreed it is a fault but any attempt to replace has been failing for the last 6 months with 3 months zero reaction to my communication.
Do not get me wrong, the kitchens are beautiful, so if you want "looking pretty and eat at the town", you will be fine. But if you want to have a working kitchen for family needs you might want to do the research elsewhere. We preciously had an IKEA kitchen and over 7.5 years one hinge broke, was replaced on the spote with apology and for free. Kutchenhaus kitchen started falling apart after around 5 years. It is extremely disappointing as we wanted better quality and went for supposedly better provider. With the recent difficulties I have to admit, this is not what we paid for. Quality poorer than IKEA, customer service not existent and when we suggested solution we were quoted over £2k for under guarantee replacement.
I hardly ever write reviews but at the moment my level of frustration is overwhelming and wanted to warn other who are looking for kitchen to use not just look presentable.

Chichester branch. Making appointments was easy. Steve came up with a great design and was very patient. Went to 5 different kitchen companies before deciding on Kutchenhaus who were better on price, the appliances were top of the range (not bottom as with the others!) and the units were very high quality.

The kitchen was fitted perfectly with real attention to detail even the cutting around the electric consumer unit was done with aesthetics in mind!

Highly recommended.

Ben, Jodi, and the entire team at Kütchenhaus Bath were exceptional from start to finish. From our initial meeting, Ben carefully listened to our ideas and translated them into a space that truly reflects everything we had hoped for—homely and inviting, yet highly practical, with every inch thoughtfully utilised.
As part of the project, we undertook a rear extension to create an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Naturally, challenges arose along the way, but Ben and the team handled everything with calm professionalism, never losing sight of the overall vision.
The quality of the kitchen is outstanding, finished to the highest standard. Every design element is both functional and purposeful, making it a pleasure to use day in and day out.
Due to the timing of the build, our own builders fitted the kitchen just before Christmas, as schedules were tight and evolving. Even they commented that, despite fitting many kitchens over the years, this one stood out for its impeccable design detail and the straightforward assembly process.
The kitchen is truly the heart of our home, and it was essential for us that it would be built to last. As a Michelin-starred chef, I am particularly attentive to detail, and this kitchen meets those expectations on every level.
We would not hesitate to highly recommend Kütchenhaus Bath to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Did a lot of research and visited the usual suspects (Wren, Magnet, Howdens) these guys came out on top - best cost/quality on offer. Ali in Brighton was particularly helpful and patient, and went to great lengths to ensure everything was perfect. Very happy customer

I cannot rate the team at Kutchenhaus Altrincham, highly enough. We absolutely love our new kitchen and the whole process from the design stage to fitting was amazing. Attention to detail during the design phase was brilliant and Kate, our designer, was highly professional and a lovely person to work with. The fitting and finish of the kitchen is high quality and the layout makes it a great space for entertaining and a joy to be in.
A big thank you to Josh and his team; lovely people and incredibly helpful at every step. I’d highly recommend them.

We’ve had such a great experience with Kutchenhaus Stockport. Robert and our project manager, Dave, went above and beyond to support our kitchen fitter in getting everything finished perfectly. Their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help made all the difference. I really couldn’t recommend them enough – thank you again for all your hard work!

From showroom to fitting - everything was a 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend, we are thrilled with our new kitchen and utility.

The blog continues, Tuesday, old kitchen removed, Wednesday, no delivery until 10.30, apparently they couldn’t get in to bring the kitchen, boss on holiday, our project manager has a day off today, so we sit and wait. Delivery came, blanco sink damaged, crack all the way down, can’t get hold of anyone.
Thursday, still can’t get hold of our project manager, it’s now 11.10. it’s been pointed out that one of the carcasses is the wrong colour, I agreed to leave it, as the door covers the fault. Very unlike the Germans to make this many errors. I have bought many nobilia kitchens in the past, no errors, this is our fifth, it’s the 2nd in the UK. Not happy, the fitter is doing a fantastic job, but he can’t get through to anyone to sort out the problems. Blog continues tomorrow
Friday, appliances delivered late 11.30, Gary has all on now to try and complete the kitchen, I’m really trying to get my head around it, now 16.45, he has done a good job, not helped by late deliveries. Friday night , everyone wants to get home. Not happy with how the process has gone, no one should have to struggle, the kitchen will not be complete today, awaiting the replacement of the wrong size window boards. We thank Gary for his patience with us, he left without showing us how anything worked, the sink switch to make the plug go up and down doesn’t work, he rushed due to failed delivery times, this cost us 20000 pounds, please sort this out.
Gary left, we had tea, washed up , sink leaked, managed to remedy that , it wasn’t screwed on enough. Irene is beside herself, enough said, she is angry at me, cleaning and sorting everything out. Overall a 3 rating is generous. We are hoping for a end to this, hopefully we will get the sliding rails for the oven, window boards sorted out, and a sink that functions as it’s supposed to. This blog is ended.
We have not heard one word since the installation, perhaps Andy has a comment?????
A week has now past, no communication, no explanation, no update, 20,000 pound’s PAID, I am now angry, Andy our so called project manager hasn’t even called us. Typical uk firm, in Germany this would have been sorted by now. What is the matter with this country, I want this sorted NOW

We emailed York on the 10th, stating what was missing etc, we expected a courtesy call, or at least a call to tell us when our very expensive kitchen will be completed,
We have heard nothing.

We love our new kitchen and really appreciate the patience shown to us by Jazeer and Farquana during the design process which went through several iterations over several years before the installation could begin. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Are always willing to spend the time to get your design just right. The quality of the finished product is excellent. The only negative was a lack of communication sometimes during the installation but the finished product eclipses those minor issues.

We’re delighted we chose Kutchenhaus Mansfield for our new kitchen. Buying a kitchen involves lots of planning, patience and decision making to get it right. That’s why we are so pleased that we purchased our kitchen from Brett at the Mansfield showroom. He gave us great service and advice on the way to our perfect kitchen.
The installation was carried out by Brian and Lee whose work is done to a very high standard. Highly recommended.
The product is quality, in fact our kitchen looks brand new two years after it was fitted.

I cannot praise Anita enough for the amazing kitchen she designed and facilitated for us. We loved the showroom and she incorporated quite a few things for us to create our dream kitchen, including a secret door to the utility room and a bar! She listened (and remembered) details we told her about what we liked and disliked and even sent me flowers on my birthday! We also looked at two other mainstream companies who weren’t that much cheaper and certainly couldn’t match the quality, range and service. Highly recommend Kutchenhaus Guildford!

My dream came to life thanks to Kutchenhaus Swansea. Absolutely delighted with the end result. Ryan designed the kitchen, taking a load of jumbled ideas I had in my head to a stunning, modern, show stopping kitchen. Having met with several designers, Ryan at Kutchenhaus’ design was head and shoulder above the rest. From then on it was smooth sailing. Special thanks to Sarwar who looked after us right through the build process. Always there to answer any query and exceptionally thorough when signing off the kitchen. We used the carpenters recommended by Kutchenhaus which I believe only made the process even smoother. Justin and his team were always on time, worked efficiently and finished everything to the highest standard. Would absolutely recommend Kutchenhaus Swansea!

A wonderful experience with Kutchenhaus Guildford and Anita. We started our journey in summer 2025 and visited all the usual suspects kitchen suppliers/fitters, settling on Kutchenhaus fairly quickly. Kutchenhaus itself I would say is the best product for a combination of variability of sizing combined with value for money. "Standard" suppliers generally have no ability to customise but Kutchenhaus offers a broad variety of cupboard heights and widths which make it easier to use every last bit of space you have without leaving odd gaps to walls etc but also without having to go the ridiculously expensive route of having everything made bespoke.

Anita is a highly skilled designer with an eye for details who takes pride in her work, her shop and her product. Working with us over many weeks and with great patience through multiple design iterations before settling on our final plan.

We like a one stop shop experience and Anita took care of everything, organising fitting, flooring, snagging and follow up rectification works.

The design process was excellent as the team took time to understand our requirements and enhanced with additional ideas for us to choose from. At no point did we feel pressured into choices we didn't want, the design ideas helped us improve some of our thinking. We had two site visits from the design team to ensure measurements were spot on as there were some complexities to deal with.
The communication and handover of the design to the independent fitter (recommended by Kuchenhaus) was very good. The fitter and designer finalised the design together to ensure perfect fit. The communication throughout the fit remained excellent - we used email to ensure everyone had same messages and understanding. A couple of additional panels needed to be ordered due to small faults, fitting issues and these were rectified very quickly without fuss.
We changed our minds about the flooring we had chosen and this was returned and refunded (minus charge for transportation and small fee) which was much appreciated.
All the way through the fit, we felt very confident that we were getting a quality product and were able to trust the team to do a fantastic job for us. We are delighted with the end result.

We visited all the major kitchen brands before finding Kutchenhaus Bury, and the difference was night and day. While other companies expected us to design the kitchen ourselves, Ben took the reins. We aren’t designers and weren't entirely sure what we wanted, but Ben asked all the right questions, focusing on how we actually use the space and what mattered most to us.
​When we returned two weeks later, we were blown away. Ben presented two unbelievable designs that hit every single one of our requirements. The design phase was a massive standout compared to our previous experiences elsewhere.
​The entire process from that point on was incredibly smooth. Even though we opted to use our own family friends for the fitting, the quality didn't go unnoticed. Our fitters who see kitchens every day remarked on the exceptional quality and attention to detail of the Kutchenhaus units compared to other brands they’ve installed.

Extremely helpful staff. Sourced and ordered replacement part for my kitchen sink. Not as straightforward as it sounds, they went out of their way to help. Great customer service, thank you.

Kutchenhaus Chichester
After much deliberation as there’s so many to choose from, I decided on a Kutchenhaus kitchen and am so pleased I did. The quality of products is great and the design service was made very easy, with the designer totally understanding what I wanted. The finished room is a great space for cooking up a storm.

Our first kitchen was from Kutchenhaus, we absolutely love it. From the moment we walked through the door, Ali was very helpful. He helped us design the dream kitchen we've always wanted. We were given a date for the kitchen arrival that suited us, it arrived bang on time. Our kitchen fitter Lea which was recommended by Kutchenhaus themselves which noticed 2 damaged door panels, this was quickly replaced by Kutchenhaus. Lea was fantastic. Great Quality & Great Service.
