Bought Teka build in fridge, the service, communication, delivery, were excellent.

Only comment I have is the Teka manufacturer should have use common screws with Allen key instead of star Allen key which is German standard, not easily available here.

Need such improvements if the brand want to compete with China

From the start of the design process though to completion of installation the team at Kutchenhaus were superb with their personalised attention to detail and high quality manufacture and installation. Neil Brown went to a great deal of care in the design process to blend the thoughts of the customer with the constraints of the space to produce an outcome which is stylish, elegant and functionally efficient and a superb investment in the house. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

While researching companies for our kitchen remodel, we visited Kutchenhaus Milton Keynes because they specialize in German kitchens, which are renowned for their quality and craftsmanship. What ultimately convinced us to choose Kutchenhaus was not only the exceptional quality of the products and stunning design options available, but also the outstanding customer service we received throughout the entire process.

We worked closely with Jaz and Farhana, who immediately understood our vision for the kitchen while remaining practical, realistic, and mindful of our budget. Every conversation was open, honest, and guided by a genuine desire to help us achieve exactly what we wanted.

What we particularly appreciated was that Jaz and Farhana never tried to upsell us or push specific appliances, materials, or design features. Instead, they took time to listen carefully to our requirements and preferences, offering thoughtful advice and recommendations that aligned with our needs and budget.

The entire experience felt collaborative, transparent, and customer-focused from start to finish. The quality of the finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Having been to the usual kitchen suppliers we were disappointed with the range of handleless kitchens on offer and thought we would try Kutchenhaus Cheltenham. Immediately we felt it a more personal service. We had some initial design ideas and these were quickly turned into 3D renders. Having thought about it more we changed our mind on the layout and worked with Ryan who came up with the final design that we were happy with. The ordering process was straightforward and we were easily able to coordinate the kitchen delivery with the building work that needed doing first. We were kept informed on delivery and it arrived on time and well packaged. We used the recommended Kutchenhaus fitter. Rich did an excellent job of fitting and his attention to detail was impeccable. You can always expect that there may be some minor issues during the installation process but it is how these are handled that sets a company apart. You deal with the same people who designed the kitchen not an after sales team. Kutchenhaus Cheltenham were excellant in how they handled the few minor issues that we had and all were soon rectified. Overall we cannot fault the quality of the kitchen and the service Richard and his team at Kutchenhaus Cheltenham have provided. We would have no hesitation in recommending their kitchen services.

Excellent customer service and great product. All the additional work for the kitchen was arranged by the fitting team too, so painting, plastering etc. We are really happy with the kitchen. Would highly recommend.

We entrusted our new kitchen to Kutchenhaus in January 2026 and it was finally completed 8 months later. For 3 months we had no functioning kitchen. We originally chose Kutchenhaus due to the quality of the Nobilia units and their promise to co-ordinate the associated building and kitchen installation. However, after paying a hefty 80% up front payment, these promises proved to be mendacious. The builder withdrew his quote and we had to find another option at an additional cost of £5k. Kitchen installation started in June, only to find that design and specification errors meant that the units, the appliances and the worktops had all been wrongly supplied. It took two further attempt and over three months to correct these. Customer service, communication and project management from Kutchenhaus was extremely poor and it took a formal letter to their head office to get anything approaching an apology. We had considered Kutchenhaus to be a reputable and reliable company but our experiences is that they regard customers as an inconvenience. We are however, pleased with the final result and would commend the kitchen installer for his perseverance in reworking and modifying the hardware supplied.

I would not recthis company. The delivery, design leaves a lot to be desired. No real interest shown by the designer once the order was placed. The follow up was very poor to rectify the design. My fitters were unsure on some of the design. Added to that it cost me an extra £1450 to get the fitters to finish.
VERY POOR AND NOT AGAIN

We fitted our kitchen with Kutchenhaus in London and can recommend them without reservation.

The design work was thoughtful from the first meeting, and their knowledge of appliances proved genuinely useful, guiding us towards choices we would not have found on our own. The quality of the finished kitchen speaks for itself.

What set them apart, however, was the manner of the people. The staff (especially Tasha and Tim) were unfailingly kind and helpful, always reachable, and every question, however many we raised, was properly understood and answered promptly. That combination of patience and competence is rarer than it should be.

After visiting several other kitchen suppliers, we visited the Irthlingborough showroom. Rachel designed our kitchen and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm, she was extremely helpful and worked with us to create exactly what we were looking for. We were also kept informed throughout the process.

We visited several showrooms to discuss plans for our kitchen, but Dominika really understood what we were looking for and designed us a lovely kitchen with some clever ideas. She also arranged for the installation of flooring across the ground floor of the house, hanging of doors etc.

It was just what we wanted and everything ran as smoothly as possible (when a builder let us down Dominika found us a new one very quickly.) As with any large project, managed by a small team, a few small issues cropped up but they were dealt with quickly. Chris the fitter was a lovely guy and very skilled. Would definitely recommend.

Kutchenhaus WhitleyThis is the second time we have used this company having previously had a new kitchen last year. This time we used them for a media wall. From the initial design (Iain) to the fitting team (James and Connor) they were faultless. The office team were also extremely helpful. I can highly recommend this company.

The team at Kutchenhaus Henley were a pleasure to work with and my new kitchen is everything I wanted. The quality of the units is great, any small issues that came up were swiftly sorted and everything was fitted by Tyrone to an excellent standard. His attention to detail was very good and he kept in touch all the way, answering my messages even at weekends and in the evening! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen at a reasonable cost.

We bought a Kutchenhaus kitchen in 2017 from a since closed showroom in London. Now, in 2026 it has started peeling in places.
These are not high traffic touch points, nor have they been subject to scrubbing. Gentle, overall cleaning with safe eco products only.
On contacting Kutchenhaus we were informed that the 5-year warranty had expired. That is all. They did not ask for photos.
On this basis I conclude that the quality of these products does not match the price point.
I would not recommend, or buy again.

Fantastic experience with Tyrone and the Kutchenhaus team!

We recently had our new kitchen fitted by Kutchenhaus Henley-on-Thames, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Tyrone and his team were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process.

Right from the initial design stages, they were super patient and never pushy, which made planning our kitchen completely stress-free. Tyrone was extremely flexible and adaptable, accommodating even our smallest last-minute changes without any fuss. The attention to detail and level of customer service were outstanding.

We felt that communication from the branch could have been slightly better, but ultimately we are really pleased with the finished kitchen, and have no regrets. We would still highly recommend the York branch.

Very happy with our Kutchenhaus Henley-On-Thames kitchen from Michelle and Ty, although we installed our kitchen in Devon, we ordered from the Henley branch as they are friendly lovely people. Ty was on hand any time we needed to ask a question or had a query about installation, didn't matter what day or time 👍 some minor delivery snags but these weren't to do with Michelle or Ty, they worked efficiently to find a solution and went the extra mile to get it ironed out 👍 our kitchen looks stunning and we've had compliments from everyone who's seen it! Perfect for our beach getaway! Thanks so much guys!
