Very happy with our Kutchenhaus Henley-On-Thames kitchen from Michelle and Ty, although we installed our kitchen in Devon, we ordered from the Henley branch as they are friendly lovely people. Ty was on hand any time we needed to ask a question or had a query about installation, didn't matter what day or time 👍 some minor delivery snags but these weren't to do with Michelle or Ty, they worked efficiently to find a solution and went the extra mile to get it ironed out 👍 our kitchen looks stunning and we've had compliments from everyone who's seen it! Perfect for our beach getaway! Thanks so much guys!

We’re were undertaking a massive renovation of a top floor flat on a Victorian seaside terrace in Deal Kent! We know it was going to be vast and we’d find all sorts of mayhem, madness and Chaos! We did and much much more! Asbestos was the biggie! Say no more! Well the roof!!! Needed huge replacing!
Anyway THE KITCHEN we wanted a Kitchen that’s was different and not the usual as my husband and I both cook and we’re pretty serious about it! We are an older couple so just it’s just us! It needed to work in a way just for us our needs and the way we cook and entertain! We needed a design and style and look that completely worked! So, totally practical
Totally ergonomic but with a sensational
WOW factor!
So ‘once upon a time’ we stumble in the KH showroom in Canterbury - not planned just saw it and we were curious! No expectations! We’d been looking at bathroom tiles elsewhere! Well this was as they say the beginning of the end! All positive connotations I must add! It was lush! Totally gorgeous! Stylish and sleek with really interesting quirks! It was a serious 20 rungs up from where we’d been looking! With the dullest palettes I’ve ever seen! I was a tad despondent and just was tired of the generic ordinariness of kitchens! Everywhere! Ugly boring and lifeless! Well this was exactly what we needed! Not only that the folk we met for the first time really listened and were curious and had no hard sell techniques, no big strap lines, and not on the clock! These folk became firm friends Rod Harry and Sam - people who we trusted from the get go! They literally worked tirelessly to get it right! We had delays and hiccups and disasters but they just waited and supported and encouraged!
To this day this process has taught me a lot! We were not only buying a kitchen the hardware bits but more importantly we were buying huge expertise, stunning design skills, trusted expert building skill and people who understood communication and interpersonal relationships.
We were 15 months in this build with delay upon delay and 6 months longer than expected and the budget blown on day one! But you know what all in the rear view mirror! We love our new home and the piece de resistance is the Kitchen! Folk literally gasp when they see it! We’re thrilled it’s so brilliant to navigate perfect for our need it’s so well thought out! I love the colours it’s perfect for our panoramic sea view windows and the counter tops which are an art feature in themselves Brazilian quartzite! Stunning and please really think about this for you own! It was this that literally gave us the palette for the whole home!
We love the ovens and the hob and even had a chef come for a day from the company to show us how they work and cook with us! I can’t recommend this company highly enough they are excellent! It’s been a pleasure from start to finish and we are always in an exceptional space that even takes our breath away!

We ordered our bespoke designed kitchen from Kutchenhaus Stafford and it was a great experience. Dawn and Nathan were really helpful from the design stage and all the way through to completion. They recommended a fitter (Adam) who was absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We made a few adjustments to our design because of Adam’s recommendation, which made a difference. Any stress that we might have had was taken away by the whole team and made it a great experience.
We are delighted with our fully functional kitchen and would definitely recommend Kutchenhaus Stafford, based on our experience.

My partner and I purchased a kitchen from Kutchenhaus Eltham, paying in full in December 2024 with delivery and installation scheduled for February 2025 and installation expected to take 3 weeks. We elected to use Kutchenhaus’ recommended fitter as we were told that he was experienced with fitting their kitchens and as part of his service would check that all items were delivered and any issues, he would resolve with Kutchenhaus directly. Initially all was going well with the kitchen and the install until we noticed that there was one item missing. This led us to review our initial documentation and on doing so we realised that though the core kitchen elements were on site, only roughly 50% of the items ordered were on site and some of the items delivered were not as expected. This started a protracted conversation with Kutchenhaus Eltham which took an additional 9 months to resolve as Kutchenhaus Eltham kept trying to pawn lower spec items than what we had paid for onto us and gave the impression that they did not know what was missing from the order though they had all of the signed paperwork. We were frustrated with the service and the delay in resolution so attempted to escalate to the head office even contacting another Kutchenhaus branch for assistance. At this point we were notified that though the stores were all Kutchenhaus branded, they were independently run and not part of a larger group as we were told during the design process. Therefore, there was no recourse to be had from the actual kitchen manufacturer. Though we asked on multiple occasions why so many items were not delivered though they were clearly included on all paperwork Kutchenhaus Eltham was never able to articulate any clear answer leading us to conclude that this was either deliberate or they are grossly inept.

To add to the issues that we had with the Kutchenhaus, when the kitchen was finally completed in July 2026. A full 14 months after the original completion date. The fitter asked us to make payment in excess of what we expected to be outstanding. We asked him to go back and check his records to verify the outstanding and he came back quoting the same figure without providing any documentation or paperwork to support the outstanding balance. Luckily, we kept our own records and was able to prove what the true outstanding balance really was. Please be very careful when entrusting your kitchen project to these people.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kutchenhaus Orpington and absolutely love our new kitchen.

A special mention has to go to Josh, whose incredible designs were exactly what we wanted. He really listened to our ideas and created a kitchen that looks fantastic while also making the most of the space.

We were also very pleased with the recommended fitters, Maintain Ltd, led by the very amicable Gary. The installation was handled professionally, and Gary was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Finally, a huge thank you to Kate, who kept us up to speed on every aspect of the kitchen and dealt with any issues that arose incredibly quickly and professionally. Her communication and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier.

From the initial design through to the final installation, the whole team went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Kutchenhaus Orpington to anyone looking for a beautiful kitchen and a genuinely excellent service.

We love everything about our new kitchen, including the quality and the great use of space whilst delivering a really clean and simple look. The quality of the fitting is exceptional.

We have been beyond pleased with Kutchenhaus Cambridge.
Our designer Claire is amazing. Her designs, professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly, patience have been faultless. She is not only an amazing designer, but her installation knowledge is incredible. She knows exactly what will and will not work.
We did a lot of research, and Kutchenhaus were head and shoulders above the competition in terms of quality, design, project management, and value for money, and of course they had the ultimate secret weapon. The fabulous Claire.
We highly recommend that you add them to your possibilities list.

We received absolutely fantastic service from Alan at Kutchenhaus, Hythe. From start to finish Alan was extremely informative and really helped us create a kitchen we love that's within our budget. The kitchen itself is of a very high quality and beyond what we expected we would be able to achieve, but with Alan's help, we could. This is an unreserved recommendation of Kutchenhaus, Hythe, you won't be disappointed if you choose them to help create your kitchen.

At the showroom in Canterbury , the whole team are a joy to do business with , which is becoming a less common occurance in the times we live in. I have to say , the Rod , thr boss is very impressive individual and the young designer , Harry Hills , is very talented in his work. The Kitchen fitters , are so down to earth , that it was a pleasure both before fitting took place , through to completion of work , to deal with all the entire time that this took place. It was quite a fun time to have the workman about , enjoying the many valued topics of conversation.

Very happy to have been referred by friends to Kutchenhaus who had had a kitchen installed last year. As it turns out, a new showroom at Church Hill Place in Edinburgh had recently opened, only 3 miles from our house so that’s where we went!
Danny and Lynsay were very welcoming. Over two detailed sessions, Danny helped us through the design of our kitchen, to an arrangement that fits our space beautifully and has all of the features, finishes, geometry and functionality that we were looking for. The kitchen arrived and was fitted by our builders, who, while not having installed a Kutchenhaus kitchen before, found the quality, fit and design to be first class. Danny had very helpfully ordered some extra panels in anticipation of the on-site customisation needed for an L shaped arrangement with contrasting colours coming together at the corner with a separate peninsula to hold the down-vented hob. A lot of care went into the design including lighting, unit placement, appliance location and worktop material (quartz) and colour/pattern.
A couple of glitches included a unit that had been damaged in transit and a faulty tap. For both, Danny didn’t hesitate to order replacements. It was also much appreciated that he came out to the house during the installation to check on the technicalities and assist our installer with some of the less familiar lighting details.
Very happy indeed with the finished product and I can highly recommend Kutchenhaus kitchens and the design and service provided by their showroom in Edinburgh.

It was wonderful working with Kutchen haus team, sincere credits to Josh who guided us patiently throughout the process starting from design to installation. There were few hiccups during the installation but the way it was managed by Josh is commendable.

I am very happy with the end product and really appreciate the hardworking and dedication in seeing it through completion to Josh.

We had visited a few potential kitchen showrooms for our kitchen project. Kutchenhaus soon stood out as a preferred choice for both their quality and pricing and were not pushy unlike some of the others.
The design process was seamless and Josh designed our kitchen to meet our requirements and expectations. Kate in the showroom communicated very well with timelines and delivery of the new kitchen.
We had concerns over who would fit the kitchen as ultimately no matter how well designed a kitchen is and no matter how good the quality of the product, if it isn’t installed well then it will not live up to your expectations.
We chose to have the recommended installer and without a doubt this was a great choice. Gary’s team did an amazing job in removing the old kitchen and fitting the new one. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. A huge shout out to Josh who designed our kitchen (and our list of what we wanted was pretty extensive 🤣), John who fitted the new kitchen and Craig who did the electrics. All very knowledgeable in their field and we would highly recommend both Kutchenhaus and Maintain Building and Construction.

From beginning to end (and beyond) we had a very positive experience with Kutchenhaus Southport. Great customer service and product knowledge with a personal touch I’m sure you’d get nowhere else.

Ellie, Chris, Karen and the team made sure we were taken care of all the way through the process and got what we wanted, not what they thought we should have (like other companies).

Not the cheapest, but nothing good is, and when you factor in appliance deals and the ability to make it bespoke, it wasn’t too bad at all considering.

The kitchen itself is typical German high quality and I’ve no doubt will last a very long time.

We absolutely love our new kitchen from the ** Kuten Southport store** and couldn’t be happier with how it has turned out.

From beginning to end, the whole team were friendly, helpful and professional, but I have to give a very special mention to Ellie. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. At a time when I wasn’t feeling my best, she regularly checked in on me, kept me updated and made sure I didn’t have anything extra to worry about. That personal kindness meant an enormous amount to me and is something you don’t always get when making such a big purchase.

A huge thank you also to Dan, our fitter, who did a beautiful job. He was professional, meticulous and clearly took real pride in getting everything just right. The quality of his work really shows in the finished kitchen.

Thank you too to Kaz, Chris and John and everyone at the Southport team for helping turn all our ideas into a kitchen that feels completely ours. After a very long house renovation, finally having this beautiful kitchen finished has been such a joy.

Came in and was un sure of what we could afford and what type of kitchen style we wanted. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. The whole process was seemless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this branch and company.
