We bought our kitchen at the Benchmarx branch in Ludlow and are extremely pleased with the kitchen itself and the advice, design and after sales support received from Daniel there.
He listened to our needs and made really helpful design suggestions, explaining well how the kitchen would work. The design process was very professional - when we visited the branch the image of our kitchen was displayed on the large screen and we were able to look at sample doorcolours and worktop designs. The end result is even better than anticipated.

Absolutely amazing service at Kendal Leah was amazing had lots of ideas and helped us design a great utility.
The products are fab and we are so impressed with the customer service and communication!

We went to Benchmark with relatively low expectations, given they were part of a large builders merchant group, but then we met Kaye-Marie Gibson and all our expectations were turned on their head. She was brilliant at listening and understanding our project, then used all of her experience and product knowledge to come up with a fantastic solution that we were extremely happy with. She showed immense patience dealing with all of our follow up questions and managed the whole process very proactively and delivered every time on what she promised. She is a massive asset to the company and was a delight to deal with and we couldn't have been happier with her support and level of service.

Adam Wilson, the Implant Branch Manager at the Rugby Branch was a real pleasure to do business with. From listening to my kitchen and utility room ideas to planning both the rooms, it was refreshingly honest and professional. I truly love my kitchen and he went above and beyond. If anyone is looking for a genuine kitchen designer, he is your guy!

Danni designed our kitchen from start to finish and she was absolutely amazing! Nothing was ever a bother! Not to mention Jenni and Ann, all of them made the whole process, smooth and enjoyable. They are all great at their jobs and we will recommend them to everyone!

We’ve spoken to a number of kitchen designers throughout this process, but Mark has genuinely set himself apart from everyone else.
From the very beginning, his professionalism, knowledge and overall approach have been exceptional. He took the time to really understand what we wanted, listened carefully to our ideas and offered excellent advice throughout the whole design process.
What particularly stood out was Mark’s design ability and attention to detail. He was able to take our ideas and turn them into a design that really works for the space, while also suggesting things we hadn’t considered ourselves. His experience and knowledge really come across when speaking with him.
Having dealt with several other kitchen designers, Mark has been a clear standout. He has been patient, approachable, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout, and the level of service and professionalism he has shown has been excellent.
I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Mark to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and talented kitchen designer. He has genuinely set himself apart from the others we have dealt with.

We were so lucky to have the chance to work with Gianina Manciu, our designer. She was absolutely amazing her patience is beyond the words .She was professional, and attentive throughout the whole process. She did a perfect job, and everything was fitted beautifully, exactly as it should be, like it was made just for us.
I absolutely love my kitchen it’s my happy place, and I couldn’t be more proud of it. Our family and friends love it too. I would choose Ganina and do it all over again without hesitation, and I highly recommend her. Beyond grateful for everything!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to the branch in Whitstable to look at the kitchens on offer. We spoke to Dave, who was friendly and very helpful but never pushy.
We had 4 different kitchen designs from various suppliers and chose Dave’s as it was more imaginative than the others. We chose a 2 colour kitchen and he managed to combine trims, end panels etc to bring them together in a smart, ‘together’ way.
We started the kitchen with a fitter who unfortunately proved incapable of fitting a modern kitchen. Dave and Maisy (sorry not sure of the spelling!) were so kind and supportive during quite a difficult period, and helped us out - a lot!
We managed to get a good builder in to pick up the pieces, who did a fantastic job and we now have the lovely kitchen we imagined.
Our chippie hadn’t worked with Benchmarx before but was very complimentary about the quality.
All in all, a very positive experience and I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

I needed a kitchen update for our small kitchen and needed extra storage space and after researching different sites online for months , I called into my Benchmarx showroom Mold on the off chance off finding something to suit our budget.Abi was very helpful, friendly and very professional. She totally put me at ease and sorted a beautiful kitchen for me within our small budget. Our fitter Chris was equally as friendly and professional and charged us accordingly and again within our small budget. I can't thank them enough. My perfect kitchen with much more storage space. Thank you so much Abi and Scott and Chris.

I’ve worked with Benchmarx Croydon and Tom before on commercial projects, but choosing them for my own home was an even better experience. Tom was brilliant — professional, friendly and genuinely interested in understanding my needs, priorities and budget. His advice and help with the finance options made the whole process so easy.

Everything arrived on time, the quality is excellent, and they recommended a great fitter too. I’m absolutely delighted with my new kitchen! 🏡

We are so pleased with our kichen which we had fitted a couple of months ago from the Rugby branch. Kaye-Marie Gibson was great from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about everything, patient when we changed our minds about anything. We popped in to see her many times before were happy with the plans. We had kitchen and utility in Taupe which looks beautiful. Would recommend

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Benchmarx Kitchens in Lincoln (Teal Park). The quality is outstanding, and the finished look has exceeded all our expectations.

However, what really set Benchmarx Lincoln apart is the exceptional service we received from the team (in particular JW) throughout the entire process. From the initial design and ordering stages onwards, their support was second to none. We used our own independent fitter for the installation, yet the Benchmarx team were more than happy to work with them, despite not having worked with them before. Their willingness to help and collaborate ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish.



Having a dedicated contact in branch who regularly checked in with us while the kitchen was being fitted made a huge difference. On the rare occasion that an issue arose, it was dealt with immediately. For example, when one cabinet needed to be replaced, a new one was delivered within a matter of hours, ensuring there was no disruption to the installation.



Kitchen renovations can often be stressful, but the team at Benchmarx made the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable. Their professionalism, responsiveness and genuine commitment to customer service gave us complete confidence throughout.

From the second we walked into the Exeter store, Zayleigh was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly, in stark contrast to other kitchen shops we’d visited. We had a few odd requests and with her astute advice have ended up with the most incredible kitchen. It was such a joy to work with someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. Ordered a kitchen from martlesham heath branch very helpful and gave me a delivery date the delivery came on time unfortunately during the delivery I passed out on the road outside the property! But luckily for me the driver called Ash managed to catch me and break my fall. I feel he went above and beyond helping me and stayed with me and explained what had happened to my wife , So thanks Ash and Benchmarx

This is the second kitchen we have had designed and supplied by Benchmarx (Minworth), and we are just as happy with this one as we were with the first.

The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Phil did a fantastic job with the design, really taking the time to understand how we would actually use the space. He made lots of helpful suggestions and came up with ideas that simply hadn’t occurred to us, which have made a real difference to the finished kitchen.

Everything was handled professionally and was very well organised throughout. Charlie was also extremely helpful and made sure our fitter had everything he needed in good time for the installation, which helped the whole process run smoothly.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Benchmarx again. Excellent service all round — 10/10.
