This is the second kitchen we have had designed and supplied by Benchmarx (Minworth), and we are just as happy with this one as we were with the first.

The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Phil did a fantastic job with the design, really taking the time to understand how we would actually use the space. He made lots of helpful suggestions and came up with ideas that simply hadn’t occurred to us, which have made a real difference to the finished kitchen.

Everything was handled professionally and was very well organised throughout. Charlie was also extremely helpful and made sure our fitter had everything he needed in good time for the installation, which helped the whole process run smoothly.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Benchmarx again. Excellent service all round — 10/10.

This is the second kitchen we have purchased from Benchmarx and it was such a good experience originally it made sense to go same route again. This time we ordered through the farnborough branch and the whole process has been fantastic. Grant was truly amazing with our design and was so helpful and patient with us throughout, and his ideas and guidance made such a difference to the end result. The delivery was excellent with clear communication on timescales and everything was handled with care. Charley has also been super helpful throughout the process.
The kitchen looks amazing and quality of finish of the units is top notch. Such a friendly and professional service from start to finish.

I had carried out a great deal of research beforehand and had decided on a Benchmarx kitchen. I had Adrian (Ade) Charters design it with me. Den is McCarthy kitchen fitter made my dream kitchen come true. Delightful people to deal with. No pressure sales. The products came very well protected. Made everything so much easier for me. Benchmarx Martlesham Heath were really helpful in sourcing me an almost exact match for a discontinued internal door handle. It was delivered within two days of the order. For such a small item they went out of their way to help and I would have no hesitation in using them again

I used Grant at farnborough benchmarx and he was fantastic from start to finish, a unit turned up damaged but that was quickly rectified and I’m very happy with the kitchen.

I had a few different kitchen companies that all gave me quotes, for a new kitchen. Bencemarx wasn't the cheapest. But by far the best. The guys at postwick Bencemarx made the whole process so easy and simple. Nothing is to much trouble for these guys. And there very approachable and helpful always happy to change the design and layout at any point. The kitchen was fitted. The quality of the kitchen is a very high standard. And the after sales calls to check everything was ok. Is very reassuring. In my opinion if your getting a new kitchen you would go wrong with Bencemarx.

Purchased my kitchen from the girls at Lee Green Branch. Darcie And Lucy helped me from start to finish and as I was so indecisive they offered me a few options with design and colour. Very professional and I felt like they listened to what I wanted.

I recently bought my Benchmarx kitchen from the Penrith branch.
The overall experience was excellent, the team were all friendly and helpful. There were a few things that weren’t quite right on delivery and they were dealt with quickly and professionally.
I would definitely recommend Benchmarx, the kitchen is great quality and from design to delivery I’ve got nothing but praise for my service.

Had a very good experience with this branch. I had bought a kitchen from this branch previously many years ago at another property. I went back to them again as I knew they quality and service is good. I was looked after by Farhan at the croydon branch who went out of his way to make sure I got the kitchen I wanted. He helped with my vision and design. Everything was delivered on time and all units are fully built. Farhan also visited my house also whilst the kitchen was being fitted by the builders to make sure everything was perfect.I got a fantastic kitchen which is very good quality and looks fantastic. Can't recommend this branch enough. Really appreciate Farhan and the team for looking after me, highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. James Howard was our consultant and he guided us through every and was extremely helpful all the way through. We really appreciated his expertise.

We took a long time deciding on our dream kitchen, but Aston at the Llanelli store was so helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything much easier, and the service we received was excellent.
When it came to fitting, we had one small issue, but it was resolved within a few hours, which we really appreciated. Now that everything is finished, we're so pleased with how the kitchen looks—it has turned out beautifully.

We purchased our kitchen from Gemma at Benchmarx at the Chatteris branch.
The whole experience was 100% positive there were a few parts missing but they were sent without any problems at all.
The courier hadn’t secured the ovens in the lorry & they fell on top of some box’s but fortunately were not damaged.
We’ve bought all our Quickstep flooring there too which is really great.
Gemma went above & beyond to help us & would 100% use her expertise again.

I spent £10,502 on a new kitchen from Benchmarx and, unfortunately, the experience was far more stressful than it should have been.

Before placing my order, I was repeatedly asked to secure a fitter and confirm installation dates. Once everything was booked, the problems started. There were issues with my contract, delays to the delivery, incomplete deliveries, missing items and conflicting explanations about why my kitchen hadn’t arrived. At various points I was told it was due to the cooling-off period, supplier stock issues and even that deliveries had been lost.

The installation was delayed because not everything arrived when it should have. Some items were unusable, and additional parts, including two cabinet doors, arrived after my fitter had moved on to another project, meaning they are still waiting to be fitted.

It wasn’t until I escalated my complaint to head office and involved the finance company that things started to move. To their credit, the remaining kitchen units were delivered promptly after that, and the installation was eventually completed.

However, my experience hasn’t ended there. The hob supplied with the kitchen has already developed scratches after only a short period of normal use, and I am now having to raise yet another issue.

The kitchen itself looks lovely now it is installed, but the journey to get there was stressful, time-consuming and filled with unnecessary problems. For a purchase of this value, I expected much better planning, communication and quality control.

I hope Benchmarx will resolve the hob issue promptly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them without reservation.

Thanks also to Felix - the nicest and most helpful delivery driver I've ever had knock at my door. Felix checked every bit of my kitchen and utility was there with its packaging intact and helped to put it into the house.
