Benchmarx at Brentwood really hit the mark with the kitchen I bought. From talking through ideas and visualising the kitchen with Ray to designing on screen and site visits the process was so easy. Changes in design and model/colour were never an issue and Ray and Daniel came up with different solutions to fit the size of the kitchen as well as giving me a modern kitchen space. Ray was very accommodation and flexible with the moving timescales and ensured communication was good throughout. Thank you both Ray and Daniel for taking the stress out of getting a new kitchen.

Very impressed with Mark at Benchmarx. He has been extremely helpful. Very obliging without being pushy.
Has not tried pressurising me in any way to gain my custom in preference to his opponents.

Great quality and a truly friendly, professional support and service from the Chelmsford Team from start to finish. I have previously had the same great experience from other Benchmarx branches so I believe great customer care is just built into this great company’s DNA.
Such a better experience than initial interactions with their so called competitors. Unlike their main competitors Benchmarx will work directly with you as the end client not just through a builder or installer.

As always the team at Martlesham Bechmarx go that bit more to make sure the customer is happy. Used several times in the past for kitchen and doors etc. Barbara onsite is so helpful positive, professional and generally happy too! She always helps out and to fix any issues that could arise. What a service, thats why i will always use Benchmarx for kitchens. Brilliant service.

We bought our kitchen from Kendal but also dealt with the team at the Barrow store. Every single member of staff at both sites (and the delivery driver) were amazing.

Our main contact, Leah, was particularly fabulous. She supported us through the whole process, showed endless patience with us, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

We are absolutely delighted with the high quality of our kitchen.

Customer care is abysmal. We spent c £10000 on a new kitchen , and then needed an appliance cabinet for a new boiler. The rep came and measured up and the new appliance cabinet was duly sent, at a further cost of £100s. However it had two boxes of shelves, which we did not need, as the cabinet contained a boiler and there was no room for shelves, and they were not needed. We did return them, and hoped we would be refunded the £150 which the shelves cost ,as they were not needed and we could not put them in the appliance cupboard, as the boiler took up all the room. No such luck. Having spent £1000s with the company we hoped they would be agreeable. It was not professional to send the shelves when we could not put them in the cabinet as the boiler took up all the room. I am writing this review so others are aware.

Really pleased with my new kitchen from Benchmarx Epsom. The designer, Paul Harris-Grundy, made the whole process straightforward — we worked through a few iterations together and arrived at a final design that I'm happy about. Delivery was timely and when I needed a few extra bits, the team was accommodating and again delivered when promised.

Overall, a great end-to-end experience. I'd happily recommend Benchmarx Epsom and Paul to anyone planning a new kitchen.

What a great experience from beginning to end! Two of my neighbours recommended Benchmarx in Carlisle when I wished to change my kitchen. I couldn't be happier! Dani designed my kitchen and she had a keen eye for colours and style, thanks so much Dani! The whole process from design to completion went like a dream. The quality of the materials is second to none and the service is incredible.

Having been disappointed on a qoute for a new Kitchen by one retailer we were advised to give benchmarx a call!

After going to several companies I decided to buy my kitchen from BenchMarx at St James industrial park Northampton, Kathryn’s design was brilliant and her excellent customer service didn’t stop there, she has guided and supported my choices, even when I changed
my mind on items I wanted after they had been delivered. Everyone I came into contact with from this store, including the delivery drivers were great thank you

My wife visited benchmark today 13/6/26 she had booked on line got confirmation but when she arrived a very rude saleswoman said no you don't when she showed her the email so I can't help you I have a customer my wife explained she has come along way to be told we all have to travel we will be going to WREN

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Paul at Benchmarx in Epsom for helping design my kitchen. I now have a beautiful, bright and airy space that works so well. Paul also worked very closely with my kitchen fitter regarding all the technical specifications, delivery etc. I'm delighted with my new kitchen ... Paul and his team were always very helpful any time I popped into the showroom for advice before the final decision was made.

We are very happy with our new kitchen, designed by Cobi (Salford). He was amazing from start to finish with the whole process. The kitchen is fantastic quality and the design is everything we hoped for. Even after the kitchen was delivered, he helped with some missing parts and this was sorted within 24 hours. Thanks again.

We made the mistake of buying one of their Neue 13 dishwashers, Neue is a white-label, budget brand of integrated appliances manufactured by Hoover Candy exclusively for the Travis Perkins group (which includes Benchmarx Kitchens). In just over a year, the door literally snapped off its left hand side hinge due to metal fatigue. They are listed as a budget friendly option, which may be true in terms of initial upfront purchase costs, but as my old gran used to say, you buy cheap, you buy twice. In this case, buying twice is an understatement since you likely need to buy one every year. I'm used to things like PCB failures, pump failures etc, but when a dishwasher fails due to metal fatigue because the metal is only slightly thicker than aluminium foil, you know you're talking next level garbage. Even if they start selling them off at £100.00 you should still avoid them! This time round we invested in an Asko dishwasher.
