Googling for prices and availability of a Neff dishwasher we were rather surprised to find that Benchmarx were offering the best deal via Travis Perkins. A quick call to James Blake their Kitchen Designer at the local branch, and he confirmed price and availability. Placed the order on 16/2 and he rang to confirm it was available for collection the next day. Collection was easy, with the chap at the Cheltenham branch loading it into the car within minutes. First class service.

The teams at Gloucester and Cheltenham were extremely helpful. My order was only small, but they went out of their way to solve problems, source replacement items when the originals were not available, and to check that I was happy with the result. James at Gloucester in particular was great, and rang me as his first job after the New Year break to make sure that I got my order delivered at the time I needed it. I will definitely go back to Benchmarx if ever I need a new kitchen!

Benchmarx at Basildon is truly a great store to come to. All staff in the store are an absolute delight to work with and always have a smile on their face and are able to have a laugh and joke but are so helpful when needed.

Furthermore after having multiple kitchens delivered I would like to highlight Felix the delivery driver he is a true star and highlights everything I’ve already stated to the max anytime I come into the Basildon branch he always welcomes me with a smile and asks how my day is. He is a true credit to the company and a joy to work with.

Brilliant from start to finish, the staff at Maidstone branch are very helpful and full of great ideas.recommend.

We needed to replace some utility room doors and went to Benchmarx at Maidstone, with some ideas. After speaking to Emma, we came out with much better ideas. Emma did a plan, so it was easy to get an idea of what the upgrade would look like. Ordering was so simple and we collected the goods ourselves.
The whole team at Maidstone were great, all very personable people, a fantastic team.

Fantastic service from Phil at Walmley Benchmarx in designing my kitchen. Listened to all my ideas and came up with a great design. We didn't go with Benchmarx in the end due to colour preferences and cabinet availability but still a great experience and would highly recommend.

Last year we got a new kitchen from Benchmarx in Whistable. I had not heard of Benchmarx before but we went into their showroom in Whistable as we were in the area and from start to finish the whole process was so smooth and the team were so friendly. As a result we got the exact kitchen we wanted with no compromises for a great price - granite worktops, painted wood units etc. This is especially thanks to David who looked after us throughout the work; he was super responsive and helpful. We can't thank him and the team at Benchmarx enough. We love our new kitchen.

Adam and Kay from the Rugby branch certainly know their products. Their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Answered all our querics with ease.

Paul Harris-Grundy took over our kitchen refit project partway through, and breathed new life into the process, working closely with us and the fitter to finalise the design. He was flexible and accommodating throughout, liaising with the worktop and flooring suppliers to ensure that all aspects came together exactly as planned. A really nice guy with a can-do approach.
We’re delighted with the quality of the kitchen renovation and heartily recommend Benchmarx Epsom to those looking for a great service.

From the moment we booked for a consultation, Karen, our kitchen designer, could not have been more helpful. We had the usual issues with delays to our building work, but she kept in touch with us and picked up where we left off as soon as we were ready. Communication was excellent, she always looked for the best deal for us and helped us to achieve the best layout and make the most of the space we had. We are so happy with the end product and cannot recommend the team highly enough.

We had the absolute pleasure to work with the PORTHMADOG branch to create a wonderful kitchen. I had met with another supplier, but when Sophie came to the project to view the options, I just knew she was the one I wanted to work with. Sophie & Rebekah are a brilliant team who are committed and passionate about providing creative solutions for their clients. When we were confronted with a couple of challenges along the way (none of which were Benchmarx's fault) the response from them was exceptional. I can't recommend this branch highly enough .... Thank you Sophie for designing a kitchen I can't wait to enjoy.

My husband and I, popped into Benchmarx in Malvern and was met by Holly.
We ordered a white sink, when the sink arrived, it wasn’t suitable for our kitchen , Holly let us change the sink with no issues at all
Holly kept us informed of delivery .

A 5 STAR service from beginning to end.

Emma in the design service at the Birkenhead Store couldn’t have been more helpful and provided us with some great advice and design ideas (which we hadn’t considered previously). Some great colour choices which other companies do not stock.

The rest of the team kept us updated by phone on our delivery as it was coming from Ireland and not a stock item.

Had an absolute great experience with Benchmarx Southgate being Served By Mathew Amos the Manager 10/10 service. He helped me and my dad on every question we had.

Came across Benchmarx at North Shields by chance and what a great find,Sarah Wood the Designer was excellent and very helpful as was Eddie the manager,Sue in the shop and Andy in the stores.The team couldn't do enough to sort any problem that arose,ie Driving to Edingburgh branch to collect dishwasher and deliver same day.On my experience I would definitely recommend this company plus all units come pre built and the price was very good.Thank You the Benchmarx Team.

Callum at Benchmarx in Bicester has been incredible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the moment he came to measure up right through to the very end of our kirchen installation and beyond he has been on hand to answer queries and make changes. We had a complete kitchen redesign so it took us some time to fine tune exactly what we wanted - Callum encouraged us to take our time, we never felt rushed or coerced into a decision which was very much appreciated, and an approach you don’t often come across when buying a product these days. Callum also offered some very helpful input with our design choices - we really appreciated his expertise and guidance with this as there are always so many decisions to make! Overall, we really feel like Callum took a lot of stress out of the whole process. We could not be more grateful with the end product! If anyone is toying over who to go with for a new kitchen - I would highly recommend Benchmarx. Our experience with them has been exceptional from start to finish. Thank you to Dylan as well who was always on hand to answer queries 😊 a great team!

Absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen and the whole experience at Benchmark Battersea. From day one everything felt easy, smooth, and completely stress-free which is something I honestly didn’t think was possible with a kitchen project - especially as I am totally incompetent in design and or/diy matters.

Showroom manager Lauren Simmonds was an absolute star. She genuinely went above and beyond, always suggesting the best options and deals for me, popping in to double-check every measurement, and sharing brilliant tips throughout. What really impressed me is that she continued to support me long after the sale, which made such a huge difference and showed what a brilliant professional she is.

I’m so happy with the final result and couldn’t recommend Benchmark Battersea enough (definitely ask for Lauren!). If you’re thinking about a new kitchen, you’ll be in the best hands.
