Eleanor is amazing!
I cannot even begin to put into words how amazing Eleanor has been from the Braintree branch! We had a very short and stressful timescale to find a buyer to be able to reserve our dream home and the support and work Eleanor put in was honestly amazing! We could not of done it without her and we are so thankful to of had her by our side the whole way through. An absolute angel for dealing with our stress and deadlines, we cannot recommend her enough and we wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. ❤️

Easy, friendly, professional selling experience
We had an outstanding experience selling our home with Jess from the Billericay office, and I would highly recommend her. From the initial request for a valuation through to completion, she was professional, knowledgeable, and was quick in answering queries about the process.
What really stood out against other agents was the non- pushy approach before we decided to proceed, and their marketing strategy. Jess secured 6 viewings within the first couple of days, which led to us having a choice of offers. Thanks to Jess’ negotiations, our home sold considerably above the asking price, and we were confident that all the right questions had been asked.
We were happy that Jess was contactable for any queries, especially as it was our first time selling a property, and she was able to give advice about the property we purchased.

I was disappointed to read the contents of your recent review. Having investigated this matter in more detail, I wanted to provide a response personally which is as follows.
The property that you wanted to view was occupied by tenants who were seeing out the final weeks of their tenancy before moving on elsewhere. Therefore access had to be arranged directly with them, and although they were not going to be present on the day in question, had arranged for their parents to be there to allow access.
We had a number of viewings confirmed from 3.00pm onwards and our member of staff arrived shortly before, but found that the parents had not turned up as arranged, to allow us to gain access. Our member of staff waited for approximately 15 minutes but still nobody arrived. Our phone records confirm that our member of staff made a call to you with the intention of apologising and explaining that the viewing would need to be cancelled. It appears that you did not pick up this message and called to say that you were at the property and nobody was present.
I am truly sorry that you had a wasted journey but unfortunately the circumstances that arose were beyond our control, as explained above. Our local team would of course be happy to arrange an alternative date and time for you to view, should you still have an interest in the property, providing of course that access can be gained through the current tenants.
