You can find telephone contact details easily and it makes such a difference to be able to talk to a real person who listens and responds so clearly to questions. Thank you for including me in your survey I would like to say I had a mixed experience. But I think the sticking point was my lack of understanding of the technical language and there misunderstanding at 79 years old you are not Technically savvy. I did find this a bit stressful but eventually got some very helpful staff to help me this is important to me as I like to keep as independent as possible for the moment and due to my medical conditions I will hopefully have temporary problems but with the lovely helpful staff I will be able to overcome this. Forwarded a claim form to me very quickly prior to going into hospital.
Hospital staff completed the form without any problems and l posted the claim.
I received confirmation that the claim had been authorised and processed and the payment to my bank had been made.
The whole process took less than a week and l was very satisfied with service.
