Never again. This was my second time trying to order orchids for friends. My flowers were not delivered on the date they were to be delivered. Instead of orchids , a variety of colored of different colored roses were delivered. If I had been notified that I couldn't have the orchids, I would have canceled the order. All the roses except the red had brown on the outside petals. I got a call after my credit card went through , saying my credit card had a problem. Luckily, I checked the charge with my bank. When I called to resolve these problems I got a machine, not a human. After being on hold , I was told that talking to a human was not an option. I am very disappointed! I would NOT recommend .

I ordered my bridal bouquet from this shop for my wedding day and paid extra for early-morning delivery. I chose this company specifically because their website advertised same-day delivery, early delivery, customer care, and a **100% satisfaction guarantee**.

Unfortunately, my bouquet never arrived.

The entire delivery window passed, and no one from the shop contacted me. Multiple people in my bridal party tried calling throughout the morning, but **no one answered**. This was incredibly stressful on my wedding day because I had no idea where my bouquet was or whether it was ever going to arrive.

The worst part is that **I did not even get to have a bridal bouquet on my wedding day because of this company.** I had planned and paid for a bouquet specifically for the moment I walked down the aisle, and I will never get that moment back.

Later that evening, after my wedding was already over, I received an automated email saying my delivery had been rescheduled for the next day. There was still no personal phone call, no explanation, and no attempt to reach me. I tried calling again and still could not get anyone to answer. I had to email them myself to cancel the delivery because, obviously, a bouquet delivered the day after my wedding was completely useless.

They did agree to refund me, but after everything that happened, I emailed them explaining how upsetting and unacceptable the situation was and asking them to properly address what happened. **They never responded to that email either.**

I completely understand that unexpected delivery issues can happen. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of communication and customer service, especially when this was a wedding order. If there had been someone available to communicate with me and try to fix the situation while there was still time, I would feel very differently.

Instead, I spent part of my wedding day stressed about flowers, never received the bouquet I ordered, had to get married without it, and then received an automated rescheduling email after the wedding was already over.

For something as important and time-sensitive as a wedding bouquet, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The promises of same-day delivery, customer care, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee did not match my experience at all.

Absolute worst flower delivery service around. I’ve used them 4 times and every order has had issues. From the wrong flowers being delivered to not delivering them at all. When you call, you can only talk to an AI named Frank and no issues get resolved nor can you speak to an individual. Multiple messages and call back requests go unanswered and ignored. Do not use this company, if negative stars could be awarded they would be.

This was a Birthday order so I placed an order for their Colorful Harmony which included 6 big colorful latex balloons. The flowers and basket received was beautiful but MISSING the Birthday Balloons, which defeated the purpose. Very disappointed!!!!! Not sure If I would order again.

I have wasted hours of my life and $100 using this crappy company.
Three days after placing my order, the flowers I chose to soothe a friend's crisis have still not arrived. Now the crisis has been averted, and the flowers -- if they should ever arrive, which I doubt -- are pointless.
I have called, called, called, and called again. I have never been connected to an agent, despite hours on the line. The "AI assistant" is a joke. I will now post a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and make sure that every media source is notified about this scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not use this company. I ordered flowers from blossomflowers.com for a girl right before our second date, and they completely failed to deliver them. They ruined a massive gesture and tanked the momentum.
Their "customer service" is flat-out fraudulent:
* Chatbot Hell: I submitted three separate online tickets, only to get trapped in an infuriating loop with automated chatbots asking for the exact same information over and over again.
* Live Agents: I went through an incredibly onerous phone call just to speak to a live agent. They opened a ticket, promised a resolution, and completely vanished.
* Ghosted: I sent repeated follow-up emails, and they have ignored every single one of them. Total radio silence.
* Stole My Money: To make matters worse, they never refunded my money. They literally took my cash, delivered absolutely nothing, and refuse to communicate.

Save yourself the headache. Instead, go to sendflowers.com. I used Send Flowers and they were absolutely perfect. She loved them, the delivery went off without a hitch, and I will strictly be using them in the future. Avoid Blossom Flowers at all costs unless you want your money stolen and your special plans ruined.

My sister and her husband was having a special special renaming ceremony to recognize them as a respected elder and ordered flowers from this trash ass place. When the flowers didn’t arrive on Friday for the Saturday event, she called and they assured her that it will be delivered Friday night and if not, then first thing Saturday morning. Saturday morning came and still no flowers. She had to get one of the sisters to run out for another set of flower because it’s an important item for the ceremony to be conducted. Finally after the event, the flowered arrived late evening Saturday. When she called and called the customer service, all she kept getting was AI Bot. She finally reached a representative and all the rep could offer was a 20% refund and when my sister asked for management or someone higher, Gaylon said she has no possible way to connect my sister to management. Like seriously?! How do you guys operate then? Gaylon just hung up on my sister.

Avoid at all costs! Even after multiple confirmations they ended up delaying my birthday delivery. It is truly disheartening when an expected gesture of kindness fails to arrive as promised. Despite receiving numerous assurances that the floral arrangement would be delivered on time, the process was fraught with disappointment. Clear communication remains essential for any service provider to maintain the trust of their valued clients. When multiple confirmations are ignored, it creates a sense of frustration that overshadows the beauty of the intended gift. One would naturally hope for a more reliable experience when entrusting an important occasion to a professional service. The lack of punctuality in this instance resulted in a significant inconvenience that could have been easily avoided. Reliable logistics and accountability are the foundations of a successful and respectable business relationship. It is my sincere wish that future interactions with such services reflect a higher standard of care and professional integrity.

Funeral service spray not delivered. Asked for refund hope I get it.

Using Blossom Flowers for first time. The website displayed lovely variety of sympathy flowers. I ordered early in the morning and selected delivery before 6. Much to my surprise B F delivered around 1, that was unexpected blessing. My friend sent me a picture of what was delivered, she loved them loved the fragrance of the flowers. It brought a little cheer during a difficult time. Thank you Blossom Flowers for your service and care you place into your business.

Paid extra for delivery same day, which did not happen. When they finally arrived the next day, the flowers were completely different from what I ordered, not nearly as nice. The company seems to be AI so there really is no customer service, just automated people to talk to and message. Horrible service, stay away from this place.

I ordered flowers for someone's birthday. The initial order was placed with Sunny Flower Delivery, who then subcontracted it to a local florist, Blossom Flower Delivery. The flowers that were actually delivered were (1) the wrong kind of flowers, (2) the wrong color, (3) already withering & dying, (4) in the wrong vase, and (5) delivered a day late (after the birthday).

Upon contacting customer service, they refused to refund me at all. After escalating through management, they agreed to offer a 20% refund. I then pivoted and got a full refund via my credit card company.

Terrible business service, terrible ownership of issues, terrible customer service. I would avoid.

No communication on delivery staus..what i ordered is not even close to what got delivered...card was not there so recipient had no idea who sent them.very non chalant when i complained..sorry they ran out of that color..never again

I received emails the day funeral arrangements were to be delivered and was told they would have to be rescheduled. Sorry - you can’t reschedule funerals. After expressing that this was unacceptable, I was assured they would be delivered. They were and they were awful! Two arrangements ordered on behalf of two companies and they arrived with incorrect messages under MY personal name. Both orders were almost $400 in total and they looked like $30 arrangements. This is not a valid company. Lesson learned. Hoping my review helps others.

Yyu77A completely different arrangement than the one we'd ordered was delivered without explanation. Literally not a single flower nor flower color was the same. Card signatures missing so recipient didn't know who had sent them. Two damaged flowers. Reported this immediately on 9/2 to Nora at customer service via email (who was the best part of the experience until I later realised she was a bot) and was informed I would be contacted between 24-48 hours. Escalated the complaint. Still have not received a reply after 3 days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered an arrangement for upwards of $100, the arrangement was supposed to be Iris flowers. Received half a dozen roses, an arrangement that couldn’t be valued at more than $25-$40. Customer service offered to refund 20%. This place is an absolute scam, and will take the liberty of substituting whatever flowers they have at the time, and not providing you what you ordered. Nothing was what I ordered. Do not, I repeat do not do business with these people.

Ordered same day delivery for a surprise congratulations, they did not arrive that day. Called that night, because I was told it was 24 hour call line, it is not. Told them to call back when it was my turn. They called back at 8am and left me on hold for 30 minutes. I was told the flowers were on their way. As of 6pm that evening, no flowers. Went to their online system and was told that it would take three days to investigate and get a refund. A full week after the same day delivery that never arrived was the soonest they could refund.

Flowers delivered a day late to a wrong address. Arrangement was supposed to be pink roses and white daisy’s they sent wilted pink roses…no lie!!! Very difficult to talk to a human. Offered 30% discount, I am refuting the charges on my credit card, I shouldn’t have to pay for something I did not order especially if they are wilted and dead. I have pictures of what it should have been and what was sent. The occasion was a sympathy flower arrangement for a friend whose husband passed away completely unexpectedly. She had to find the house on the street that received the flowers they were left in a carport next to a motorcycle and othe outdoor vehicles…the people did not know they were there. Customer service sent me a picture of the drop off. Ridiculous…highly recommend never using this company.

Do not order. Wish I had checked the reviews. Flowers were never deliver, refund never issued and when I went to contest the charge… it turns out they had billed it as a recurring subscription!!!! AVOID

It was my 20th wedding anniversary. Flowers were not delivered. After many emails back and forth flowers were delivered the next day. They were not even close to what i paid $100 for. Also I paid for a vase and what i got was a wet paper towel wrapped around the bottom. I can not put into words how angry i am about this.
