A response to my request for a replacement LED unit was received and actioned within 2 hours. They honour their 2 Year Warranty without without a quibble and are to be commended.

Had problem with order, reported it evening, rec phone call next morning. Order sorted. Can't be bad can it? And person had no strong accent so was fully understood by me who is partially Deaf.

Tube arrived broken despite apparent…

Tube arrived broken despite apparent excellent packing.
A replacement was immediately agreed. I was suprised that there was no "Fragile handle with care" sticker on the outside of packaging.

Had problem with order

Had problem with order, reported it evening, rec phone call next morning. Order sorted.

Hope to see the products soon

I was sent this review request as though I had received my products. In fact instead of receiving delivery soon after placing my order ( and my payment) the delivery is now estimated in June.Not a good experience so far

Ordered the wrong lamps so I emailed them when I received them and they clearly explained why they were wrong and replaced them sameday

Good service after fault

I placed an order for two small light bulbs. One exploded within 5 minutes. I asked for a replacement and that was done with no quibble.

Exactly the product that I needed

Exactly the product that I needed, for installing lighting inside a sitting room unit. Very easy to select the right lighting strip and driver on the website. Carefully packaged and safely delivered. Works beautifully. Solved an insoluble problem of replacing 45-year old incandescent tube lights, out of production for decades.
