Bad product, bad customer service.
I bought a load of bulbs from this company that had a 10,000 hour guarantee. About 8 of them blew in the first six months. I emailed them to raise this and they never replied, so I rang them up to ask about getting a refund and they refused because I’d already thrown the bulbs away.

Such a refreshing change to have the phone answered promptly without losing the will to live listening to pre recorded pap. The lady we dealt with was knowledgeable, very pleasant and sorted us out with no fuss. Parcel arrived the following day (very well packed. Fluorescent light tubes that are really hard to get for under our kitchen cabinets. Very fragile but intact)

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay on the item you had ordered and any frustration caused. We do not have a live stock system unfortunately and if an item has not been ordered for 6 months for example we can come across a situation where we do not have the item ordered and there is a delay in getting it from our supplier.
I can see there was confusion in the email sent advising it was out of stock and your response appears to have been based on the email saying it was due in 2-3 working with the delayed date. Please rest assured that we will review this item to make sure the advised stock levels are more accurate on our website and we will review the emails sent for these delays to see if we need to make the new arrival date more clearer.
