Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I purchased LED strip lights in July 2021. I had a light fail the year after and they replaced it straight away with absolutely no fuss at all. I've now had two more fail in September 2025, and again, no fuss at all to replace them, and they have also offered me a different type. The lights have a 5 year warranty.

OLD insect-O-Cuter 15W short 294mm tube
It is great that you now do tubes for ran old Insect-O-Cuter
Instead of having to throw it away.
Which I had to do with our old one. And I had to replace it with my Mothers old one.
So new I can get a replacement for it when it fails eventually
