I only use BLT Ltd , they are a great company, I had so much trouble finding the bulbs I needed, they're not sold in shops anymore. My orders have always arrived quickly and if there is a delay BLT keep me informed. Excellent service from this company, highly recommend.

fulfilling an order is low priority but spamming is the top.
For a company who has not yet sent my order out AND has not received my permission to 'updates' (read SPAM) but who is already sending me daily updates regardless of my preferences, you are not going to get any positive feedback.
Yeah, I know you will claim that I can go and unsubscribe from your spam list but I have NEVER signed up for it, so do not feel that to be a valid argument.

One of the few places to get a real…
One of the few places to get a real light bulbs. Very helpful staff on the telephone and a a very quick delivery. I now have a light that turns off and not one that glows all night, great at last a nights sleep. The only down side one of the bulbs only lasts a few days but that's the quality of the bulb. Would be great if that could be improved.

Good range of specialist, as well as more standard, products. I found the candle lamps I needed for my antique hall lantern there after I had searched extensively elsewhere without success and was beginning to fear I’d need to get the lantern modified.

Fantastic company…
These guys deserve a review just because of how expertly packaged they sent my fragile and delicate T5 tubes. I will admit not having high hopes of a courier being able to deliver these in one piece but they were snugly bubble wrapped in a very sturdy cardboard tube.

A wide selection of bulbs - and I was able to find what I wanted. However: filtering process is very clunky, with many parameters not listed (e.g. PAR, CRI, lens type). Searches yield as many 'discontinued' items as available ones. Prices are not the keenest. No option for expedited delivery.

Refund on duplicate
I accidentally ordered 2 items (I assume due to changing the delivery address when reviewing the order) & I hadn't noticed. BLT automatically picked this up & cancelled the duplicate. They let me know immediately & I confirmed the error, a refund has been issued straight away.
