Excellent service, Nathan and Jeanette arrived when they said they would. Fitted the new window glass very quickly and efficiently. I thought it was quite reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have had almost a year of trying to find someone to fit our windows. Most didnt turn up, and when they did they had no clue what they were talking about/or didn't return our calls etc etc the usual. I am so pleased I found this company. Nathan outshone the rest with an obvious in depth knowledge. They were able to fit us in quickly, like they said, turned up when they said, excellent communication in between, and they did an amazing job I am so happy! Thank you!

Nathan & Joanne replaced blown Velux window today. Excellent in every respect and really pleased with installation and service. Speedy, timely and tidy! Thank you!!

I got my Velux fitted from a recommended local builder, then noticed I could see outside between ripped felt, had silicone glued tiles together O.o, the job just appeared rough.

So I emailed Nathan to query it all, as he's an approved Velux installer, and to my horror, it worse than I knew.

He was around in a shot and had his lads there two days later, who completely refitted the window, and adding felt, neatly cut those tiles, really not much to complain about at all. Solid job, fast and great service, really really pleased and would recommend highly.

Very prompt, proficient and friendly service from Nathan and Joanne.

Brilliant service from the initial contact to the completed job. Great communication from Rachel and excellent work fitting the door and cat flap from the ever smiling Nathan and Joanne. Would certainly recommend them. I rarely provide reviews but was very impressed with the service provided as well as the quality of the work done.

From my first email correspondence with Rachel asking for help to the job being done today I cannot fault this company! Polite, efficient, tidy, top craftmanship, good price, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone - many many thanks for fixing my catflap!

Had a catflap fitted including new uPVC panel fitted. Both Joanne and Nathan very friendly, efficient, professional and fantastic at the job. Done promptly and to a high standard.
Excellent communication throughout and accommodated me with a time which suited me. Great service!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, from first visit through to completion Nathan and his team were incredibly helpful and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They restored my faith in the construction industry after an awful experience elsewhere. Nothing was too much trouble and the workmanship and level of expertise was excellent. We are hugely grateful

Great service, professional and friendly. Quoted a good price and will be doing the job as soon as it can be arranged, looking forward to the new windows!

Had quotes from other companies for velux window replacements that were eye watering but Nathan came and told me no need to replace the whole window. He and his colleague Joanne (who are both so genuine and likeable) fitted new glass and resealed really quickly, when they said they would at a fraction of the cost of replacement! I am so pleased with the service from start to finish and I Can’t recommend enough! And Rachel in the office is lovely too! Great company and one I will use again! So happy I can see the stars again (and nosy at the neighbours)! Thanks guys

I had been trying for months to find someone to help me solve problems with my 3 large electric Velux windows. I had been told by one company that they wouldn’t be able to deal with it for several months. Then I found Blue Star Development online and sent an email outlining the problems. Within an hour of me calling someone get back to me to arrange a visit the same afternoon!! I was completely amazed and when I said I couldn’t do that Nathan came the following day. He gave me lots of advice about what to do to maintain my windows and stop any issues. He quickly identified the problems and arranged to come back the following morning with the correct part. He then repaired and serviced all the windows. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help.

Had a long standing and very frustrating leak to a keylite window. Company that fitted it failed on repeated occasions to identify or resolve the issue. In desperation turned to Blue Star after finding them on line and seeing excellent reviews. Found the service from Rachel and Nathan excellent- Nathan came out within a couple of days and using his long specialist experience of roof windows quickly identified and corrected the fault all for a very fair price. Real pride in the job and happy to guarantee all work done. Would highly recommend and if I have any further problems I would go back to Blue Star without hesitation.

Exceptional service from Blue Star Developments. Found these guys on line when our roof window failed. Initial response was rapid , contact received within an hour or two. Following some email dialogue and a few pictures a survey was arranged within a few days. Nathan the MD arrived and assessed the job , identified the requirement and ordered a replacement window. Within 2weeks the window has been replaced, the 2 lads that did the job were polite and efficient, fitted the window within 2 hours and took away the damaged window. The work was very neat and I was asked to inspect before they concluded the work. They did a great job.
Considering these guys are from Manchester and I'm in Lincoln and we are still in the middle of a pandemic with tradesmen hard to find I think this was exceptional service and would recommend to anyone.

Reliable, honest and very well priced! I had various other contractors come out giving me quite expensive solutions, however these guys came out and were effective and honest. Highly recommend!

Excellent service provided. I didn’t order the correct cat flap so Nathan sorted it out for me and got the right one for my needs. Quick and efficient service.

Excellent service from Rachel, Nathan and the team.

From receiving a quick reply to my initial enquiry to fit a microchip cat flap in a double glazed door the team at Blue Star have been great with a professional and friendly service.

They didn’t push for a review but I felt compelled to write one to ensure they get the credit they deserve.

All round five stars!

Prompt quote, great price very professional, velux window fitted in a stone roof on a listed building, brilliant job,

I chose Blue Star Developments to fit my cat flap because of previous reviews on here. From the moment I messaged them the service was lightning fast. I received a phone call with an hour and an appointment the following day. Nathan turned up on time. He is a really friendly guy. The flap was fitted into my composite door extremely quickly. He was mindful of the effect the fibre glass dust may have on the pads of my cats paws and swept it up. Very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Blue Star Developments to everyone.
