Ordered online, fantastic service
Ordered online, picked up from store. The long bearded guy behind the counter was so helpful. He advised me on techniques to apply the oil as well as the best tools to use. Very helpful, will definitely buy from here again due to this guy and the price was cheaper than elsewhere.

Problem was there was only one member of staff in shop. Had to wait half an hour to pick up order as those in queue ahead of me had their paint mixed.

Excellent service and advice from Brewers but not so happy with Fedex delivery
I went into the branch for product advice before ordering a paint tinted to a colour of my choice. The branch staff were very helpful (as they have been in the past). The paint had to be mixed somewhere else, as they didn't stock the right base at my local branch, so I ordered the paint through Brewers website. The turnaround was excellent, and the paint is great. I would have given five stars but it was delivered by Fedex who left it outside round the side of the garage, not in the porch as requested if I were out. In fact, I was in all day, and the video doorbell shows that Fedex didn't come anywhere near the door.
