Excellent service and advice from Brewers but not so happy with Fedex delivery
I went into the branch for product advice before ordering a paint tinted to a colour of my choice. The branch staff were very helpful (as they have been in the past). The paint had to be mixed somewhere else, as they didn't stock the right base at my local branch, so I ordered the paint through Brewers website. The turnaround was excellent, and the paint is great. I would have given five stars but it was delivered by Fedex who left it outside round the side of the garage, not in the porch as requested if I were out. In fact, I was in all day, and the video doorbell shows that Fedex didn't come anywhere near the door.

We appreciate you sharing your positive experience with our branch staff and the quality of our paint. We are concerned to hear about the delivery issues you encountered with the courier service, especially since you were home. We are always working to improve our delivery process and will certainly look into this matter further. Kind regards, Shannon.

Brewers Decorating Eastbourne Terrible service
I have now been to Brewers Decorating Centre in Eastbourne three times and every time the customer services is terrible. The website says there is expert advice given however each time I have asked for advice the person helping has no idea about most of the products in the shop and does not even vaguely go out of there way to even try and find out. I ordered some expensive paint and made a mistake in my colour choice. One hour later I called to see if I could change the colour and the person who helped me did not even try to phone the warehouse or make any effort whatsoever to try and help me. Really poor poor service!!
