I found the one girl in your call centre great, Vanya I think. Others I found more difficult to hear or understand so clearly. I would have preferred a simple online form, which nobody seems to do.

Wish I knew about CN before
Wish I knew about CN before. Over the years, it's been a headache to find insurers that appreciate customers with a clean claims record. We always felt cheated that their risk assessment algorithms were somehow inverted and the cost of cover just kept going up, no matter what.
Although this is our first time with CN, they seem to do things very differently here and will have no hesitation in recommending them for all types of insurance. In fact, we plan to move our home and private cars policies to CN when they become due.

Autorenewal failed, policy cancelled, had to go through the renewal process…
Had to go through the renewal process because my autorenewal did not go through. I should have received a phone call warning me that the policy was to have been cancelled.

Great experience
The overall experience from start to finish. Nothing was a problem, it was explained clearly, the price was competitive, the cover was good, there was no reason to come off the phone and look for other quotes to compare as I had doubts I could do any better. Having a nice person speaking with me respectfully and professionally who is well informed with nothing to difficult to explain as much as necessary made my decision for me.

Cheaper insurance
If it was a bit cheaper it just seems to be going up every year im 20 plus year on the motorcycles never had a problem and im paying for it.look after us thst aren't doing anything wrong and you'll have plenty of business.
