Having failed to tell me about planned delivery the day before the delivery was the next day and with an excellent helpful kind delivery driver who was very apologetic about the failed delivery and he was very efficient as well as kind. A credit to the company.

I have been a Certas Energy Customer for approximately 20 years+. I cannot champion this Company enough. They are always competitive with pricing VERY reliable and keep customers up to date regarding deliveries which are always on time and rarely longer than a few days waiting time. Delivery ahead of quoted time
The heating oil delivery came earlier and the price was in line with other quotes. The driver delivered respecting our property and we shall use the oil sparingly given it's inflated cost due to events out of the UK's control in the Middle East.

A grateful customer!
Back in February I discovered to my horror that due to an oversight on my part, my oil tank was at a minimum. I phoned CERTAS, my regular supplier, and incredibly, ANGUS from the FORT WILLAM depot arrived the NEXT DAY. Such excellent service even though it was winter, thank you!!
Then, last week, I ordered a Refill ready for winter. After placing the order, I encountered a problem. I emailed CERTAS, and then rang them. I quickly got through the AI checks and spoke to LEWIS. He could not have been more helpful or friendly, and immediately resolved the problem. Thank you LEWIS!
Then, a few minutes later, STACEY rang, following up my earlier email, and she too could not have been more friendly or helpful; thanks STACEY!
Finally, my regular delivery tanker driver, ANGUS, from the FORT WILLIAM depot, delivered my order a couple of days later. As ever, he thinks nothing of having to unravel a long, heavy, fuel hose to reach my oil tank, often in the rain! Thanks ANGUS!
