Great experience finding a place in Brighton. They were quick with sending forms and Sam was excellent when it came to the viewings. 10/10 service.

We were selling long distance from 350 miles away (selling a relative's property under LPOA) so the good service we had from Charters (initially Michael Jones) made a real difference. We were kept informed about interest and viewings and were given good advice from Louis about pricing the property. When we accepted an offer Jane Tomlinson was a good point of contact and was very efficient at chasing up solicitors etc. She was readily available on the phone and always followed up on a phone call with the action needed. This was a long haul as the market was very stagnant when we were selling so it made a real difference dealing with an efficient estate agency. Thank you!

A special mention has to go to Gary, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was always prompt, professional, helpful, and incredibly easy to deal with. Whenever we had a question or needed an update, Gary was there to help and made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.

Gosh, where to start?! When I was told I would be assigned a sales progressor for my house purchase this was something I’d never heard of before and was therefore apprehensive off what she/he would bring to the table. However, Jane Tomlinson was amazing. Always keeping me informed and giving me advice to bridge the gaps where solicitors were slow and lacking in communication. Rosie is one of the best estate agents, when I had issues with my cooking hob for weeks she kept on calling to make sure it was fixed

Olly has managed our properties in Brighton for a number of years and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better letting agent.

Communication is always excellent, and I particularly appreciate having Olly as my one point of contact. He understands how I like to work, knows our properties and takes the time to work with me rather than simply managing things in the background.

Over the last year, following the death of my father, his support has been especially appreciated. There has been a great deal for me to deal with personally, and knowing that Olly is looking after the properties and keeping on top of everything has taken away a lot of additional worry.

Being a landlord now comes with an ever-growing number of rules, regulations and responsibilities. Olly has a very professional approach and makes sure we understand what is required and that our properties are where they need to be in terms of compliance.

Claire Peerless had made our move in so smooth sailing, she is informative, sincere and clearly knows what she is doing! We had a slight delay with our key, and whilst we were so okay with that…Claire went the extra mile and ensured us the whole time, being very accommodating and gave us frequent updates!
