I was buy a house and discovered that i had red flags on my file. I quickly called the check my file office who helped me understand the redflag, with their advise i contacted the service provider who had reported erronoeusly on my file. It took some days to ressolve and during the period of waiting Checkmyfile kept me uptodate. Finally the red flag was removed and score went above the 820 mark. Thank so much checkmyfile. Welldone!

I had a great experience using CheckMyFile. The service gave me a full and detailed overview of my financial status and credit situation, all in one place. It showed every finance account I have in my name along with clear information about each one, which made everything really easy to understand.
I recently used the service while going through a remortgage, and it was incredibly helpful having all my financial information available in such a clear format. Brilliant website when urgently needed to view my credit report. Checkmyfile covers all three main UK Credit Report Agencies in one place and the site was really easy to navigate showing my credit score and a very detailed list of my spending.
They provided excellent support and assistance with raising a dispute when someone had fraudulently used my name to obtain credit. I received extremely helpful advice & regular communications from Checkmyfile to help resolve the situation. Once everything was fixed on my credit report it was a massive weight off my mind.
