I bought a directors chair. Its the second item I ordert at this website. To be onest: the quality is good, the prices are ok, its a little bit hard to get answeres on your requests and shipping takes its time. But all in all I‘ m very happy with my chair and my Sofa and I will definitly buy there again.

Bought 3 sofas, one I absolutely love, the other two are more yellow than tan, in my opinion. Had awful issues with delivery of the sofas and no feet came initially. This has been rectified. Be careful to get swatches, before purchasing as images online are quite different to the colour we got. The sofas seem well made.

We purchased a pre-loved sofa from chesterfields of England. The warehouse was full of every colour and type imaginable. We were left to browse and wander around in our own time. When we found the one we wanted there was a rip on the arm, but it was completely gone when it arrived- you couldn’t see where the rip had been at all.
The price offered was very reasonable and they were very responsive to our wants and needs.
Really pleased with the sofa and service which we received- it was exactly what we wanted and at a great price.

Chesterfields did an outstanding job reupholstering my antique Chesterfield. Although the sofa wasn't in great shape and probably wasn't worth restoring by sentimental value. their factory handled it with great care, bringing it back to life.

We recently bought a vintage Chesterfield they'd taken in part exchange, and we couldn't be happier with it. Visiting their factory showroom in an old cotton mill was like stepping into an Aladdin's cave.

Our pair of Queen Anne wing chairs have just arrived after spotting them on their Instagram. They looked great in the photos, but seeing them in person was even better. Live chat was very helpful, and the whole process was smooth.

We recently bought a sofa from Chesterfields of England and were impressed from start to finish. Delivery was quick, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. We also had the chance to visit the factory and really enjoyed seeing the team making the sofas by hand-it's clear they take pride in their work. The craftsmanship and care that goes into each piece are evident. A fantastic experience all around.

I recently purchased a sofa from Chesterfields of England and have been very impressed. Delivery was prompt, and Frank kept me informed throughout the process. The Cliveden sofa itself is beautifully made, with real attention to detail in the craftsmanship. It's clear a lot of care goes into their products, and the quality shows. Overall, a great experience from order to delivery.

Excellant customer service from purchase to replacement inners.
Purchased a bespoke sofa on moving to a new property back in December 2012. They delayed delivery due to my circumstances changing, which was much appreciated. They delivered the week of Christmas!
I have recently been in contact for replacement inners, over 11 years later!! They had my originally order still on file which meant my bespoke inners were sent out promptly. Now my sofa will last for another 11 years and more.
Would highly recommend. The quality of my sofa and the customer service has been outstanding!

From arranging an appointment in the showroom, to the delivery of the couch, I couldn’t recommend enough. The customer service of the staff in the showroom were very approachable and friendly. I was provided with constant updates thoughtout the manufacturing process allowing me to make arrangements for my current sofa. The couch arrived promptly and was well wrapped and looks phenomenal.
Highly recommend!

Ordered a sofa from here which was delivered earlier than we expected, the quality of it was superb and Callum who we bought the sofa off was very helpful and professional.

Bolton Antiques Warehouse Ltd t/a The Great British Chesterfield Company who took over the business inherited the totally awful customer service. I paid for a chair and a leather care kit spray, the chair took over a year to get and there was shipping damage to legs. No leather care kit spray but at least the chair itself was fine. Written to them like hundreds of times, finally got tired of it and wrote some unpleasant words in Swedish (where it took over a year to ship a chair), I can highly recommend everyone to never ever ever ever use this company. Absolutely no change in customer experience after change of ownership. It breaks you down mentally to try to get feedback from their so called customer service. Just choose some other company that also knows how to make chairs and sofas.

"Under new people" Final Update. I wrote about 40 Emails 10 phone calls. I paid 3k pound / 750 pound for shippment for furniture 3.8.2023. Ghosting the customer etc... After 2 stressful frustrating months i got my order- but it was broken - Goods outside UK no care from chesterfield / "TERMS"
The shipper told me - Chesterfield took the shipping insurance / so they pay less for shipping and dont care about the insurance bc they say it's in our terms
goods outside uk aren't covered. ... No care about their costumers - they dont help - they told me they would repair it if I send the order on my "Own" back to them but they wouldn't be liable for the damage...
The Swiss shipping team helped me with infos but they also can't help - damage was not done during transit - The furniture was broken before shipping - i asked for Picture of the order before shipping - but got only one when it was packed in plastic foliage....great protection. I asked them if it is really necessary to go all the way with the law.
.... Don't know what to do...

Sad to say our experience has been like many others having paid in full and not received all of our goods. The father and son duo were lovely until they got their money but unfortunately our order is wrong & now they have completely ghosted us. Do not buy from here. We are a footstool and some cushions short having paid over £2500.

Paid £2000.- in March and like the other reviews, then nothing. Even had one chat with Callum in April, but he never told me they had problems! In June I tried again to get in touch, but the phone no. no more worked... A few days later on June 27th I got this message by mail:
