Oh dear well this started out great but the very expensive Kranzle pressure washer broke within 2 weeks. We had to send it back to Northern Ireland after a protracted and nonchalant response from cleantec.
I got the machine back with apparently a new capacitor fitted. However it got sent with a hose that didn't screw into the machine. On closer inspection the hose I got sent back wasn't the brand new one I sent with the 2 week old machine it was an old one that looked like it had done 10 years on a building site. One end of the threads is rounded off and it doesnt fit the machine so nearly 3 weeks after getting it back I have not been able to test it. I was promised my hose or a new hose would be sent and never got one and now being blanked.
Cleantec I think are trying but are basically very poor at after sales service I am now having to buy a £80 odd quid hose for a machine that was £800 and broke after about 6 uses and 2 weeks. The product is crap and the service of the company that supplied it has made the whole thing a complete waste of time. I should have just ought a pro Karcher from a local supplier and had the backup.
Would avoid cleantec unless you are located in Northern Ireland.

It took ages to fulfill my order…
It took ages to fulfill my order (apparently went missing in the post) when it did arrive it didn't fit so have asked for support. I have provided a photo as requested but since then (over a week ago) silence. I have now asked you to resolve or advise how I can return to get a refund and guess what... silence. So 2 stars is generous!

I was really disappointed to learn that after ordering a machine that showed 10+ in stock on the website, that in reality none were in stock. Gerald was great to deal with but the lack of communication on lead times was very frustrating.

Great company . Great communication . Genuine . You can trust them
Great company even tho our friends in n/I ..I was i bit anxious at first . But had great communication prior to ordering a kranzel bundle and when something was missing from the order it was no issue and arrived a few days later .
