Clearance Paving Reviews

4 pallets of paving slabs delivered within promised time frame. Not always our experience in the Scottish islands. Well done ! Thanks.

Wrong slabs delivered, when rang and told them got told" if you have opened them we cant take as a return" how would I find out they were wrong???? No communication from anyone, builders bill for wasted time for first fit, lots of calls from ke, none back but blunt emails, have right slabs now but no one to lay them.
I have another 3 sets to get to finish garden off but am anxious about buying from here.

Arrived a day later than arranged although made no difference to me but sure it might upset some customers.

Excellent website. Quick no fuss delivery and brilliant after service

Ordered our discontinued paving after their parent company gave us the website address. Fast efficient delivery. Driver came with a electric pallet mover. He placed the pallets where we asked him too. The price wasn't much dearer than what we paid from Selco when they cleared their stock. I would recommend giving them a try.

We were 10 slabs short to finish the patio due to breakages. I know we should have checked them all. We telephoned and asked if we could buy a further 10 and were told "they do not split packs" So we have had to buy mismatched slabs to finish the job. Not the best customer service.

Good product and safe and prompt delivery

Easy to order online, kept up to date with the order details and delivery, and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful

all went realy well fast delievery and the driver was very helpfull put it at my back door for me
the paving was of a high standard and already down

cheers

The delivery and ordering of the slabs were straightforward. They were also packed together securely and had no breakages.

Top company easy to deal with and on the ball.

It was very easy to order and they were delivered on time and within a few days and the stones were wrapped very well and we are very pleased with the colour and texture

Arrived all nicely palleted very nice good quality much cheaper than B&Q or wicks even with delivery not one damaged slab of you require patio paving I would certainly recommend recommend this company the whole process from ordering to delivery was the smoothist I have encountered in ordering anything online before

Called to make sure they can get them in time for me for my project as it says on their website, no issues there apparently, ordered and they wanted pictures of front of house weird but ok...

Now saying can't deliver due to access issues, I've literally had over 100 pallets delivered here as used to check them for my eBay business, trucks come down my street everyday to deliver pallets to people, front of property is close to road with delivery possibility directly on pavement/front of house? Willing to alter my review if this can be rectified and items can be supplied in time for project Monday as thus far email requests for more info and calls are now going unanswered... I don't want a refund I want my goods?

They have since replied with outright lies, such as I don't have a dropped kerbs - I've got two! (No overhead wires either!)

The description of the product was accurate, delivery was prompt and efficient

Easy to deal with helpful and honest.
Delivery came when they said it would and gave notice 1 hour before delivery. Great price. All round good service so would highly recommend.

Outstanding client support!

The pavings were delivered so promptly, which was surprising given the volume; subsequently, we required assistance, and so far, the most EFFICIENT customer service we've encountered! Thank you, team!

Great product, delivered on time would recommend to anyone.
