Clearance Paving Reviews

Excellent experience. Really happy with the slabs but the customer service was outstanding. Chloe was brilliant, she dealt with my queries immediately and provided a solution each time which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks.

Ordered 7 packs of Omega Silver Haze and 1 pack of Omega Charcoal for border. My builders (who have laid plenty in these colours from Brett Landscaping) could not believe the lack of colour difference and definition to usual stock. When questioned about this, CP took 3 days to decide it was "a reasonable variation in manufacturing" and they would offer no solution or refund.

It was then left to me to sort out a solution AT MY COST. Ended up binning the charcoal and getting some much darker Marshalls blocks.

The charcoal were in fact correct colour/shading (as seen at other suppliers) but the silver haze were way darker than expected. It would appear that CP (who are the same/sister company of Brett) are just an outlet for getting rid of their seconds - products which didn't make the colour grade.

Pics in my Google review.

Delivered on the day I ask, I was given a delivery time slot,he just about made it in time 😇😁, very helpful driver, willing to go that extra mile"

Great experience as I was nervous with an online purchase and not being able to see the product. Great product and service with quick responses on any of my questions. Highly recommended company

Communication from the company was great after looking at my location a plan was put together to supply the products to me. They could not have been more hopeful

Absolutely brilliant service from order to delivery. Chloe was amazing, as was the friendliest delivery driver that I have had the pleasure to meet. If ever I need this first class service again, then there's only one place to go. Thank you so very much again.

Great price, great delivery driver...very helpful in dropping as near gate as possible. Only 2 cracked slabs out of 72 but I ordered more for that reason and builder breakage.
Look brill in garden.

Delivered on time in good condition and good value for money

Came across this company on line along with several others. Clearance Paving offered the best price on the day for the items I needed.
Very helpful on the phone too after I had made the online purchase and were very accommodating about moving the delivery date by a couple of days as I had requested. The delivery driver was very helpful and courteous dropping the supplies where they were easily accessible to the builder carrying out the work.
Would use them again should the need arise!…

Excellent service. Quick delivery and helpful driver.

Great service with delivery to West Wales within 4 working days !

The delivery was on time, very helpful getting them onto our drive. They were packaged very well. We had 1 broken one but considering we had 2 pks of 56 delivered that’s not bad.
We would highly recommend this company and we will be using them in the future for our future projects.
