Untrustworthy
Changing review at clear check request. Tried for weeks to get a refund and got no where, despite being passed around to different teams. Eventually reported clear check to Google who found their ad was potentially harmful and removed it. Then demanded my bank dispute team get involved quoting "I am an individual consumer who accidentally clicked a corporate option on a DBS check website. They charged me £18 for an 'account fee' and are refusing to refund me under business-to-business rules, which do not apply to me." And as if by magic got a response, an apology and refund within hours.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience, they don’t accept proof of address, I requested a refund as per their policy and the said to request it directly from the cloud, there’s nowhere on the cloud and I have send multiple messages and they didn’t even bother to respond. Horrible experience.
There’s no telephone number either, so basically not sure if I ever get my refund

This is an updated review. In their reply I was told someone will resolve my issue. I ordered the dbs and cloud service. I queried why after over a week from my dbs being issued that I could still not view it in my account. Was informed theres a chance I may not even receive it at all! Then why claim that I can have it in my cloud account. And they already charged me a months subscription. If this is not a scam then what is it? I will update my review if theres a change

I'm not a great fan of forms but as applications go I found applying for a DBS check relatively straight forward. It probably helped that our church safeguarding lead is extremely efficient and gave me guidance before I started the process. It was also processed very quickly. (less than 2 weeks!)Thank you

Expensive with hidden charges.
What a carry on. I experienced difficulties in both applying for and receiving my certificate. What made it worse were the extra costs as I progressed the application. Once I thought the process was finally over, then came the unexpected subscription charges that I was unaware I had signed up to. An expensive ordeal through and through. I would not recommend using this company at all.
