It never turned up!
I ordered 2 mother's day cards at the end of February and 9 days later it hadn't turned up. I emailed and received a reply later that day saying it had been lost in transit and a refund would be arranged. The email response was prompt, polite and apologetic but I can't understand why they just didn't dispatch the order again. Really disappointing

No cards in stock?!
Spent over an hour going through their Mother's Day cards online but found every single one out of stock. Not sure if this was a glitch, but it didn't help that they completely ignored me when I reported this to them via Twitter. Very frustrating and disappointing.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
As always excellent quality cards and lovely designs.I always end up buying more than I need but will use.Excellent package and quick delivery,chose to pay a little extra but worth it.The only slight problem is you have to buy well in advance as cards sell out quickly.Only ever buy from Clinton's.
