Simple and Easy
This was a really simple website and app to use and made the collection and then giving of the gift very easy. Lots of different options for gift cards and straightforward process to download. I appreciated being able to split the pot across different things. Will use again.

Good service but fees a bit confusing
Good service but a bit expensive for small whip rounds. I felt embarrassed to ask people to contribute knowing they had to pay extra. Maybe that is just me. A few people were worried by the message that sounded like I might end up out of pocket and put more in fot that reason which is not what I think you want people to be worrying about. I think I would prefer just paying a flat fee to set it up and then I tell all contributors I will pay that out of the balance. It was a bit confusing as it is.
Edit... thank you for the clarification. I had not realised that the 1.9% +20p was the card fee on each transaction. Might need to say it a bit louder for the dopey ones (me 🤦)

Was really easy to set up and a great…
Was really easy to set up and a great way to collect money. I was encouraged to round up the total to £230 to make a nice round number which I did as it made sense.
However I then did a bank transfer and only received £223.10 with no explanation as to why only this amount had been transferred.
Why suggest to round it up if I am not going to receive the money anyway and where did the £6.90 go ???
Day light robbery and fraud at its finest at no point was it made clear that I would not be getting the full amount that people had in good faith contributed - avoid this company as you end up having to put in more yourself to ensure the money that people donated actually goes to the cause it is supposed to!!!!
I did email customer services but no reply after 2 full working days!!!

Such a great tool
Such a great tool. I liked being able to send a simple link to family and friends for a surprise birthday gift for my husband... and it felt much more natural than simply sharing bank details. I love that people could also leave a message. Exactly what I was looking for.

Getting the money from the poy
Would be better if you could draw cash out along the way into your bank account to start making purchases as you would ideally want the pot running for as long as possible rather than needing to wait until it has closed

We hear your point about being able to withdraw funds during an active pot. At the moment, pots need to close before the balance can be withdrawn, but you can close a pot for the bank transfer and then re-open it if you’d like to keep collecting.

Very positive experience as a pot collector. Support team were prompt in answering queries and clear with their responses. Able to collect the pot myself and then pass it on to recipient; rather than ask a person with tech challenges to go through the sytem.

Easy website and very useful for our…
Easy website and very useful for our business. The only reason for not giving you 5 stars is because recently I have had problems retrieving the vouchers. As these vouchers are for staff presents, it has meant that I've had to pay with my own cash and keep the voucher for myself. I can't keep doing this for obvious reasons which is why I am reluctant to use collection pot again.

Smooth experience
Easy to set up, and smooth to claim the pot at the end. A great platform. My only criticism is that the transaction fee defaults to a higher than necessary amount to cover admin, and then they ask for a (voluntary) tip at the end, even if everyone’s paid over the odds with a default fee amount.
