Great way to collect money and messages for colleagues, especially when not all working in the same places anymore. Had a slight hitch withdrawing the collection, but this was sorted within minutes of contacting support team.

Such an easy, hassle free way to collect money from people! Would definitely use again.

Misleading. You can't actually send the e card as an e card. You have to download it and if you convert the pot to vouchers you also cant send the voucher to recipient unless you download them first. Not intuitive UI experience at all, I found it frustrating to navigate and yes collection pot takes fees off and asks donors to give more money to cover fees. Would use a different application next time if I needed to do a collection again

I was was shocked to receive the gift and at first I thought it was an hoax. What a lovely way to say thank you . Highly recommend this as it gives flexibility to the receiver on where they can spend their gift card.

A good way to do a collection.

However it was not that easy to navigate around the website. The online help assistance was not very good and did not assist when I reached out. There was no telephone number either.

Easy to use and optional service charge. Easy to convert to money and to vouchers.

It wasn't particularly clear on creating a pot that contributors would be charged, but that was probably as much my error. More annoying was that I couldn't access my account on my laptop because it kept rejecting my email address, even when I followed emails from Collection Pot. So, I tried using my mobile, but the system wouldn't allow me to transfer the money to my bank account because it decided that my driving license has expired (it hasn't). Then, when I tried to go back to the account to spend it on a gift card, it just kept freezing so I'd have to log back in again. Another 5 minute job that lost half an hour just to get £5 out a 'pot', what a joke.

Unfortunately really bad experience. Asked to submit verification documents: passport, bank statement, selfie. Tried to upload to the website over 30 times and it just gets stuck on 'processing documents' - customer service says it is a temporary issue and to try again. Tried again, same issue. Money is tied up now and cannot purchase the retirement gifts, hoping this will not ruin my colleagues retirement send off who has worked for the NHS for over 40 years.

I object to being unable to select not to support them. I entered zero and it wouldn’t proceed. It said the person would be 39p down but wouldn’t accept that that was fine by me. The wildfire at dunwich heath means we can’t do an in person collection so this site is demanding donations which we don’t want to gift it. Shame on them. One of our staff is leaving and this is our gift to him not collection pot

Easy to use & share site for corporate collections; lots of options with what to do with the monies raised. Able to order a card with everyone's leaving messages in; overall, very happy with the solution

I set up a Collection Pot and it did what I needed. I was able to buy the things and send them to the person who they were being collected for. However, the transaction fees are pretty massive and mentioned as being "tips" to allow the end user to have everything that was sent. On a £20 gift, the minimum tip was suggested as £2.00! You had to go through further links to get this down to anywhere near the actual card fees of £0.40! I understand that the website is not being run for free, but taking a collection amount and then expecting a 10-30% transaction fee that is expected to just allow the end user to get all of their donation is fraudulent. Be transparent in the initial tips/transaction fees screen as to what the extra is for.

Really easy to set up but not clear how to issue gift card for recipient --- I was concerned I wouldn't be able to share the link with them after clicking order gift card.

Collection pot is a very expensive and untrustworthy way to collect a pot of money. Do not use, just do it yourself.

Collection pot charge money on the way in and the war out. They also make the money difficult to remove.

Save yourself a lot of money and just do it yourself.

Works ok but found the monthly charges excessive and unreasonable.

Really easy to use. Like every new in this market you worry about scamming, but apart from asking for a small tip at the end which was optional it was so easy to use. I liked it give me updates when someone donated. Will I use it again yes I will it’s spot on.

Easy to set up and seemed to work OK at first, but then a good proportion of the people donating couldn’t get the site to accept a payment. I resorted to bank transfers. For the money that managed to be paid in, getting it back out was quick and easy.
