Jayson was recommended to us by the company that installed our solar system to put a purchase agreement in place for excess power and what a brilliant recommendation it has turned out to be.

The energy market feels like a minefield but after speaking to Jayson I could tell that his industry knowledge was vast. He was very patient and answered all my questions and he gave me confidence that what was being recommended was the best deal for our company.

Since then I have used Jayson, supported by Lee, to put in place all our new utility contracts, knowing that I can also rely on their support to resolve any queries that may crop up, as the service that Jayson has already provided in sorting out issues with our existing suppliers has been invaluable.

I recently received a call from Lee-Anne. Although I already had a broker in place, I believe it’s always worth checking to ensure you're getting the best possible deal—right?

I had briefly spoken to Lee-Anne about a year ago and explained I was in a contract at the time. What stood out was that I wasn’t bombarded with follow-up calls or emails, which made me more open to engaging when she reached out again. Lee-Anne was a pleasure to speak with—friendly, patient, and understanding. I especially appreciated her willingness to repeat herself when I struggled to catch a word due to her Australian accent!

She clearly explained the process and then passed me on to her colleague Andrew, who would discuss suppliers and available rates. At that point, I braced myself for the usual hard sell... but I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Andrew was engaging, informative, and refreshingly non-pushy. He had a great personality and was completely transparent about the fee structure, his industry knowledge, and—most importantly—my reason for taking the call. I wasn’t experiencing any issues with my current supplier; I simply wanted reassurance that I was getting a competitive deal.

It was genuinely refreshing to speak with someone whose focus was on providing quality service, rather than reading from a script or aggressively chasing targets. If my relationship with my current broker ever changes, I would 100% reach out to this team again.

The company agents take a personal interest in our charity and arranged our latest contract with a minimun of effort on our part. I had discussed options with Jake over several weeks, quotes were made available by Dimitri and documents signed by email. It was simple and we are very happy with the new contract, content in the knowledge we don't have to do anything else for a few more years and we have done the best we can, together with Consultiv.

James was efficient in communication, quick to reply to messages. He would listen and make any amendments we required so we have a good starting point. Hopefully the pricing remains as quoted and the service with our new waste company is a better improvement to what we were experiencing.

When my boss left his position a little while ago, I was left to do quite a lot of what he did which included looking after our energy contracts. I have found James Chipp to have been kind and patient when helping me understand how things worked. He put me at ease, and I felt confident and relaxed with the service that he provides - he's a good 'un!

Once again, Pamela Hamilton managed to successfully have £4,100 of disputed water charges refunded. It's been a complicated challenge lasting 10 months, however, Pamela persevered diligently and finally got us the best outcome. Well done Pamela, you're a Star!!

I have been trying to sort my problem for 2 weeks with no luck. I spoke to lovely lady today called Jo. She was the most helpful person i have spoken to so far, and although she could not resolve my problem she has done everything possible to get the persons that can deal with my problem to do so. So i rate Jo at 5 stars for her help, patience and commitment to helping me as a customer.

Used consultive to switch energy supplier and saved on my current contract rates. Both Graeme Marrs and Craig Portsmouth were very helpful and the switch is seamless and easy.

Consultiv provided us a saving of £498.84 on our waste, and £800+ saving on our energy.
Also took care of everything for us.

Would 100% recommend this company - such a friendly approachable team - they have been amazing every step of the way with my business utility needs, from finding me the best deals, to supporting me with any issues that arise (like my energy company incorrectly billing me and causing huge problems!)

we as a charity were having major issues with readings.
we had an extortionate invoice which we queeried and and got pushed from pillar to post
with out your help we would still be arguing and getting no where.
it has now been resolved and a credit issued.
