I made a claim on behalf of my mother who has dementia. Countrywide Hearing dealt with my insurance claim in a highly professional way. The staff were most pleasant, helpful and efficient. They took note of my requirements and kept me informed by phone every step of the way.
The appointed audiologist was both patient and understanding when dealing with my mother.

The whole experience very professional

Husband lost hearing aids on holiday. Contacted insurance on return who then passed onto Countrywide. Absolutely brilliant service! From initial call from Polly everything was dealt with promptly, efficiently and hassle free. The appointed audiologist came to the house on time and was very thorough. Husband very happy - as am I, as I can stop shouting ( talking loudly). Calls from other Countrywide staff to check on progress and to make sure all well were very welcome. Cannot fault anything

I lost my hearing aid on holiday and contacted my insurers (Saga) when I returned home. They were marvellous - kind, competent and efficient. They passed me on to a lovely Countrywide audiologist called Ian who was absolutely excellent. He was so knowledgeable and professional and within a few days my new aids were fitted. What a superb service……

They were quick to act, careful with their follow-up and promo with their explanations and delivery.Fitting was done at home, on time, and was carried out with politeness and competence.

From start to finish, Countrywide Hearing were excellent. No fuss, really friendly and sorted everything straight away. The audiologist visited me within a couple of days with new hearing aids and fitted them. They even contacted me after I had received my new hearing aids to check that all had gone to plan.

My problem with your service is that the Insurer doesn't appreciate that I do not use hearing aids, as they have been told several times. I am merely the Policy Holder with the onerous task of insuring my wife's appliances.
I also seriously take issue with your insistence on suggesting you were supplying two hearing aids, when you have actually only supplied one, as is required.
I am looking elsewhere for my insurance now as I suspect the claim has been misrepresented in order to inflate later premiums.

I felt relaxed throughout the hearing test, thanks to the audiologist's friendly nature. The hearing aids have restored my hearing so I no longer need subtitles on the TV. The information given was very helpful.
