I,d like to say from start to finish with my claim for losing my hearing aid was really efficient and communication from my insurance company to arranging an audiologist to come to my house with a replacement was excellent! his name was Constantin and he was very good, very polite and made sure everything was ok before leaving. I had a minor issue which I had to contact him about after but he answered straight away and told me to contact him with any further issues I may have. I was so pleased that the insurance company arranged everything without the need for me to wait for a cheque to be sent then wait for it to clear. The insurance company dealt with it all which left me stress free. My son who was here with me also thought it was an excellent service. Well done!

Lost hearing aids replacement

Countrywide response was quick and professional.
New aids arrived quickly.

The service from start to finish was exceptional. No long waits to get through on the telephone, everyone was proffesional. I spoke several times with a very polite and helpful gentleman called Mateo, who dealt with my mother's claim very efficiently and promptly. I arranged for Countrywide Hearing to supply the new hearing aids on home visits for my mother, and we will be contacted within 24hrs for a home visit appointment by the audiologist. Thank you Countrywide and especially Mateo for doing an excellent job.

Overall experience was very good. Audiologist was very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. The call handlers were efficient and friendly as was the receptionist. I'm very happy with my new hearing aids.

The audiologist who fitted my replacement aid was 100% excellent, as was the claim handler. Both went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for me, and to ensure (a) that the replacement was suitable for me (as the original was not) and (b) that I was kept informed of everything throughout. The audiologist also gave me very useful information about the aids that I had not been given by the original suppliers .

I am very impressed with all aspects of the service. I can’t fault the process at all. It was amazingly speedy with no hassle. The audiologist communicated without delay and it was so easy to have him set up my new hearing aids at home. Very impressed. Thank you.

Once the Insurance Company had agreed the replacement, CH was very quick to respond and efficient. The Audiologist was also prompt in getting in touch and, once he was able to source the correct hearing aid, visited my mother to fit it. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Countrywide Hearing was appointed by my mums insurance company Admiral. There were two steps after submitting a claim speaking to a third party that handled quoting the difference between her original lost aids and the replacement pair which had gone up in price by approx £345. Then Countrywide Hearing did an assessment and recommended slightly different aids that better suited my mums hearing loss and dexterity in being able to remove batteries etc. At the appointment they determined a wax build up and a perforation that was slow healing that delayed her fitting to allow it to heal. At the fitting date the one new hearing aid arrived broken and so the appointment had to be rescheduled, the rescheduled appointment needed to be delayed because the replacements were late shipping but then they were fitted successfully,. The team were very helpful and proactive in their communications though.

From the start of my claim through Lloyds insurance, to the moment I was passed to your company I encountered no problem. when the very helpful young man arrived with the hearing aids did all the tests and got the hearing aids up and working, it was a very smooth experience. now I am connected they are better than the ones I lost. an excellent company that does what it says.

Once my Insurance company had agreed to cover my claim CH were swift off the mark. Audiologist came and within 3/4 weeks new Aid was fitted. Excellent service all round

We have had an awful experience because of the local audiologist they appointed. My wife has been without an aid that was this company's responsibility for 12 weeks now. They were supposed to deal with the aftercare on behalf of our insurers and have failed us so far. We hope that they sort out future aftercare.
Update:
Issues have been sorted now with a new audiologist appointed and hearing aid repaired and returned. Hopefully all our troubles are now behind us.

Good prompt service to my home. Unfortunately he brought the wrong colour which I'm wearing. Should be replaced next week.

A very efficient and friendly company. My Mother’s insurance claim was sorted out in just a few days. The Audiologist made an appointment and fitted the aids in her home. Very reliable and I would recommend.

Once the insurance company had decided to refer the claim to Countrywide, this all happened very quickly and smoothly - an appointment was quickly made, at a time that suited me. The expert that came to my house was pleasant, organised and helpful. The aids themselves work well and are exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.
