Unreliable delivery date
Placed order on 5th August, chased order up on 11th August to discover they had got the address on my account incorrect, despite previous orders and was instructed to chase it up myself. Royal Mail very helpful but ordered arrived on 17th August too late for granddaughters birthday party so duplicate order placed elsewhere. Now waiting for return instructions.

Hi Marie-Jose,
Apologies for your experience and delivery challenges. The order in question was submitted though the PayPal portal so the delivery address would have come from the account used to pay, and not manipulated by our Customer Services or Warehouse teams.
The return instructions will be sent to you shortly from our CS team.
Thank you,
Craft Co
Very good quality products at competitive prices
Very good quality products at competitive prices. The cake collars are a good size and perfect for protecting the top of iced cakes. The six inch round Invicta cake tins although I haven’t used them yet seem extremely sturdy and don’t think they will distort. I can also recommend the satinara cake drums and hrdbrd square thin boards. Delivery was extremely quick, am a very happy customer who will definitely be back. Thank you craft company.
