I accidentally ordered the wrong size…
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed customer support to see if it could be updated before shipping. Even though my item was already at the packing station, Donna went above and beyond to stop the fulfillment process, swap out the size, and create a new order for me. And also shipped out on the same day! Outstanding service from Donna and Culture Kings' customer support!

Refund process
