I heard about Derails via online forums and it was clear that customer service was a huge part of what Derails was about, and importantly they communicated with their customers. As such when I was looking for a few (well, quite a few) items I had a look at the easy-to-navigate web site and was pleased to find that it included details of stock levels - very handy when ordering a lot of stuff or looking for a rare item. Selecting purchases was easy and the ordering process straightforward - no messing around trying to navigate awkward web sites. My orders arrived exactly when they said they would, and were very well packaged, and the included custard creams - with a nice cuppa- were needed after unwrapping everything. There’s a nice little rewards scheme too, which was worthwhile enough for me to put in another order… couldn’t ask for more - well done Dan!
