Courteous & helpful
recently had a pleasant dealing with them, with Aamez K & Fardeen in particular. I was looking up at ways to reduce my ongoing cost as I was planning to put my biz/website on hold. Our website needed a new PHP version
Our website needed a new PHP version. We were unaware of this until a client advised us that they could not access our website. We then discovered that our website was offline. I rang Digital Pacific and a technician by the name of Kathleen took the call and identified the issue very quickly, updated the new PHP version and within minutes the website was back online. I then requested that the technician walk me through the process so I could understand what the problem was. She did this which was very helpful. Kathleen was professional, knowledgeable and quick to solve the problem. By the way, this is the first time I have ever contacted Digital Pacific with an issue and must point out that the response time was very quick so there were no delays hanging on the phone.

Correct information needed, and then smooth sailing
Initially, Panthur rejected the domain name renewal due to incorrect information they had about *.com.au renewals (I also had this issue with another company, so it wasn't just Panthur). Using my own research (aided by AI and a link Panthur gave), I needed to gather the correct information for myself. Having done this, I sent it to Panthur.
Once this information was acknowledged as correct (and a change of registrant form was completed), the matter was resolved quickly.
Throughout, Panthur's interaction with me was polite, prompt, and professional.
