Aswin and Digital Pacific to the rescue
Our website went down and Digital Pacific were right on it. Both by email reply and live chat. Very patient and methodical and we were back up and running in no time. And all at nearly midnight. Aswin was extremetly helpful and I couldn't recomend them more highy. Amazing service so glad we're hosting with them

2nd time client - still great service
My previous business was a client of Digital Pacific for simple web and 5 email hosting and their tech support was great (I am not very computer smart)!
I recently contacted them for hosting of 3 websites and numerous emails and the service was still great with signing up.
Megha was helpful, prompt and nothing was an issue - I am glad I did not look anywhere else.

Two last requests meet with dismissive…
Two last requests meet with dismissive support staff, and lies.
1. Claimed to have completed work, when pulled up on it, they claimed it was just a mistake. Feedback email ignored for weeks. Claimed they didn't even have it.
2. Ask for DNS to be updated, claimed they would do the work, then emailed asking me to do it. Again lies.
Feedback email - zero response. Even after claiming they will take feedback seriously.
Moved to them after large provider sell outs and issues.
I'm sure they are good, I'm not needing weekly, monthly support just stuff done when asked, no rush just done. Nope cant do it.
Updated: 24 JULY 2026 - just called me... Didn't even check if I had time to discuss and still had facts no checked nor done research. Major fail.
