We have used DW Harris on a number of occasions and have always found them extremely helpful and proffesional. On this occasion Rhunedd and Sarah were exceptional in the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. Moving home can be quite stressful at times, but we were guided in a calm and proffesional manner throughout. Well done to the team, we will definitely use them again, should the need arise. We used DW Harris to help us with the purchase of our first home. The Pontypridd team Rhunedd, Sarah and Charlotte have been so helpful. As a first time buyer I didn’t really understand the process but they all made the process so much easier and definitely took the weight off my shoulders! We have used D W Harris for several family matters in the last couple of years - writing a will, dealing with Probate, sale of a family property and purchase of another property. We were given Kate Clarke’s name by our estate agent. It was a good decision on our part to hire her for our sale and purchase.
The sale was fairly straight forward but our purchase was very difficult. Kate spotted a major issue and offered suggestions. We are so grateful to her for highlighting the issue and resolving it. Her communication was excellent answering questions within 24 hours. Property moves are really stressful at the best of times, but we felt completely looked after and safe in Kate’s hands.
